Buen servicio y rica comida
Absolutely the worst service in town when it comes to ordering breakfast tacos. We ordered tacos and explained how we wanted them and the order was wrong from top to bottom. We contact them, went back because they were missing tacos and they added cheese when we didn't want it. We spoke to a Claudia who was very argumentive and rude. El Rodeo Mexican Grill #4 offers a mixed dining experience. The friendly and polite staff, including the owner, provide good service. The food is a highlight, featuring delicious barbacoa tacos, carne guisada, and mini tacos. The restaurant also serves a good cheese enchilada plate with tasty sides like rice and beans. Some customers have enjoyed the fried mojarra, although it has been noted as a little dry at times. The Micheladas are also a popular choice, and many find the prices to be super cheap. However, there are concerns about inconsistent food quality, especially with the barbacoa meat and the size of the tacos, which can vary. The drive-thru service can be hit or miss, with reports of rudeness from some staff members, yet the manager, Ismael, is praised for his customer service, having replaced orders when problems arise. The restaurant's interior could be improved, as worn and dirty tables have been mentioned. Despite these issues, El Rodeo remains a hidden gem in Red Bird Ranch, worth visiting for its flavorful offerings.
