“This store has always been great. I get food delivered quite a bit. But in person most stores are a hit or miss besides here. Corporate should use this store as an example of what great service is like. I eat at this company a lot and I’ve had a few instances where other stores were terrible.“

“I live on the complete other side of town (downtown San Antonio) , was able to stop in grab two subs a#13 and a #7 ,Mike’s way juice on the side . 26 min car ride home subs were still nice and flavor full . My girlfriend was super stoked . We both destroyed our sandwiches before we could start are show . The General manager (Maureen) and her team were very welcoming and efficient on getting my food out in a orderly fashion.“

“A gluten-free go-to!! This Jersey Mike's sports a great counter team - Emelia, Leslie, Giovanni , et al - who respect and take seriously their customers' tastes and food restrictions. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. They changed their gloves, used a clean knife, and prepared my sub separate from any bread. My gluten-free sub was delicious. If you have Celiac and need to catch a quick bite without being dosed, this Jersey Mike's is perfect for you.“

“Me and my fiance ordered sandwiches from this establishment a few months ago and our order came out a little wrong with wrong bread and sandwiches were a bit cold. We still ate them and they weren’t bad tasting at all ! She left a review on the app stating that the order was wrong and came out not the best with us being regulars at other jerseys Mike establishments. To our surprise the owner of this specific location actually called and reached out to us to apologize and make it right for us ! We were genuinely surprised that the owner went as far as reaching out to us himself, and we really appreciated that. Since then we have returned multiple times and every time we have gone since then has been nothing but good experiences. It’s a newer location and they are on the right track.“

“Came in for lunch with my daughter and we will be back! The lovely young lady who has a lip piercing was so polite. She was very attentive and gave good recommendations for sandwiches we should have. She was very patient with my daughter who was having trouble deciding what she wanted to eat. While she was making our food, we made small talk which I enjoyed. Seems like nobody wants to communicate anymore at other fast food places these days. Even while there were people ordering and waiting for what I’m assuming was website orders, they have employees wiping down tables for anyone who decides to dine in such as myself. My only complaint is that the drink area could be a little bit less sticky. To end this with a high note the employees all seem to have a tight bond with each other. Everyone laughs with each other while working but also communicate well to keep the restaurant running smoothly. I will definitely not have to think twice about coming here with the rest of my family. 👍“
