“I'm a South Jersey Boy, born & raised. After scarfing down hundreds, if not thousands of them (we call'em hoagies), I know a good one when I taste one. And this restaurant's food is excellent. And don't get me started on the employee staff. If a great sandwich combined with superior customer service is important to you, then this is the place to go. If you really don't care at all about those things, then there's always Firehouse or Subway.“

“Jersey Mike’s off De Zavala Road (78249) is always a hit! My personal favorite is their Club Sub — the provolone and smoked bacon give it that extra kick and flavor that many other sandwiches just don’t have. It’s hearty, fresh, and consistently delicious.
Our company frequently uses this location for catering and business lunches, and it never disappoints. The food is always well-prepared, delivered fresh, and it fills both the bellies and the taste buds of our entire team. Everyone leaves satisfied, and it’s become one of our go-to spots for meetings and team lunches.

“This store has always been great. I get food delivered quite a bit. But in person most stores are a hit or miss besides here. Corporate should use this store as an example of what great service is like. I eat at this company a lot and I’ve had a few instances where other stores were terrible.“

“I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free and avoid cross contamination. Because of this I haven’t been able to eat at a sandwich shop for years. The staff here, especially Marie, did an amazing job cleaning the slicer and getting ingredients from a separate location to make my sandwich. I truly appreciate the care and consideration that was taken in preparing my sandwich for my specific needs. Plus the sandwich tasted amazing!“

“First visit ever to any Jersey Mike's. This location was incredibly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly. The food was super fresh. I got the club Mike's Way and let me tell you....crisp bacon blended with all the other flavors of the sandwich was ridiculous. I will be back for sure!“

“This is my favorite sandwich shop for a reason! Every time I come to Jersey Mike’s, I’m reminded why I keep coming back. The restaurant is always clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere.
The service was incredibly fast, even during a busy time, and Amber and Arlene were both fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and made sure my order was prepared perfectly. It’s always nice to be greeted by people who genuinely seem to enjoy what they do.
My sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly the way I ordered it. Between the consistently great food, the clean restaurant, the quick service, and the outstanding customer service from Amber and Arlene, this location continues to exceed my expectations.

“Me and my fiance ordered sandwiches from this establishment a few months ago and our order came out a little wrong with wrong bread and sandwiches were a bit cold. We still ate them and they weren’t bad tasting at all ! She left a review on the app stating that the order was wrong and came out not the best with us being regulars at other jerseys Mike establishments. To our surprise the owner of this specific location actually called and reached out to us to apologize and make it right for us ! We were genuinely surprised that the owner went as far as reaching out to us himself, and we really appreciated that. Since then we have returned multiple times and every time we have gone since then has been nothing but good experiences. It’s a newer location and they are on the right track.“

“Came in for lunch with my daughter and we will be back! The lovely young lady who has a lip piercing was so polite. She was very attentive and gave good recommendations for sandwiches we should have. She was very patient with my daughter who was having trouble deciding what she wanted to eat. While she was making our food, we made small talk which I enjoyed. Seems like nobody wants to communicate anymore at other fast food places these days. Even while there were people ordering and waiting for what I’m assuming was website orders, they have employees wiping down tables for anyone who decides to dine in such as myself. My only complaint is that the drink area could be a little bit less sticky. To end this with a high note the employees all seem to have a tight bond with each other. Everyone laughs with each other while working but also communicate well to keep the restaurant running smoothly. I will definitely not have to think twice about coming here with the rest of my family. 👍“
