“Nice big location. It was clean and the subs were fresh. Staff were friendly. My only complaint with ALL Jimmy John's restaurants is that the fountain drink dispensers always taste like bleach. I've experienced it at at least two locations now, so I feel like it must be something that they use to clean it as standard... But it's really unpleasant. I how they revise this.“
“Ruth took my order on Friday and today and she did amazing job and the food is good and the prices are amazing and I love their bread. I enjoy talking to her. The only thing I hate is there parking spots

It would be helpful if there was a hook to hang my purse. Not that I would've had time to read all the facts (Jimmy John's is freakishly fast). It would've been nice to tinkle without my purse hanging from my neck.“

“Stopped by for lunch after some shopping near by, the hubby and I decided to give this place a try , and it was so worth it . The employees inside were so sweet and nice and explained the on goings since it was our very first time there. Also turned us towards being a rewards member and the perks that come along with it. Food was fast and very tasty. We will definitely be back to this location for hospitality and the delicious sandwiches.“
“Ordered delivery through Uber eats. Ordered an Hi-c fruit punch and received a coke. Called this location, Manager explained what happened and made it right! I'm beyond grateful and appreciative of his professionalism and ability to take care of the customer! I will continue to patronize this location!“
“Went in to the store to have an order fixed.
(Back story) I live quite a ways away from this location and my son picked up an order and drove it an hour and 15 minutes to get it to me and it was incorrect. I was upset and called right away. I spoke with Clayton (manager) who assured me he would fix it the next time I was in San Antonio.
Two weeks later when I was in San Antonio, I went to this location to have my order remade. Clayton was there and remembered the conversation with me. They remade my order, even putting all the condiments and fillings on the side so the bread stayed fresh for my ride home and my husbands JJ Gargantuan wasn't soggy. ? The crew was amazing, the location was clean.

“Trey who was prepping sandwiches and taking orders was extremely respectful and kind. Even though he was by himself with a pretty packed restaurant, he went above and beyond with his customer service skills. The company is incredibly lucky to have an employee of that caliber in their staff. If I could give him TEN stars, I would, thank you Trey for giving me an amazing experience at this Jimmy Johns!“
“They always have my order ready and CORRECT. I have no complaints. I come here a lot after work and pick-up along my way home. One employee even called me when my timeframe was a bit past because he did not want my food to be soggy. Thank You!“
“This Jimmy John's always hits but there always seems to be a staffing issue. This is the 5th time I've come to this one and there has only been one person making and taking orders. Two people can get overrun with orders, but just a single person cashing out and making all the sandwiches there will be mistakes. I paid an extra $3 or so for avocado and did not get it included with my sandwich. Can't even fault them cause I wasn't the only one waiting for food.“

“Our sandwich and lettuce wrap were very good. Unfortunately our visit was marred by very loud and obnoxious "music". To top it off, the employees were also gossiping at high volume to be heard over the music. I'd love it if JJs was a place where you could eat and chat with your partner.“
“Jimmy John’s is becoming one of our fave. It’s only been 2x for us to visit this location; each time still wondering which would be the best one to pick. Both times, the cashiers would also help us by giving their recommendations. Overall experience was excellent. We had a #7 and #12 for to go. Service was friendly and fast. Food was delicious!“

“Came with my family, the guy working let us know immediately that it would be a while because he was alone and had multiple online orders and we were okay with it. He got ours done fairly soon and had so many other costumers come in during this time and he let them all know the same thing. They were all glad he told them ahead of time but poor guy definitely needed some help!“
“I always order pickup at this location and everyone is really friendly and the sandwich is always good! I’m not sure the employees name, but he recognized me and said that he knows I come here a lot and he let me know about their new sandwich that was coming out. I really appreciated that. “Love that they are open late. The one close to my house closes at 8pm so I drive to this location which has a drive thru so I didn't have to get out of my vehicle. The cashier was friendly and courteous. They made my sandwich quick and it was delicious.“

“Customer service was good I didn’t see a lot of staff working. I ordered a #9 unwhich and it was good. I don’t understand how the points system works for the loyalty program in go there once a week and never get any free items. Overall 4⭐️“
“The venue is a bit small for being in the busy med center area, but the food was refreshing.
They could do with updating the website. I was a bit disappointed the website states they offer Dijon mustard only to find it had been discontinued months ago“
