“We tried this place one evening while in the area. When we entered no one greeted us. We stood at the register for about 4 minutes before someone acknowledge us. We ordered and got our food and left. Once we left and headed back to hotel. The food was delicious.“

“Nice big location. It was clean and the subs were fresh. Staff were friendly. My only complaint with ALL Jimmy John's restaurants is that the fountain drink dispensers always taste like bleach. I've experienced it at at least two locations now, so I feel like it must be something that they use to clean it as standard... But it's really unpleasant. I how they revise this.“

“I order from this JJ at least 2x a week. Robbie, the manager, is attentive and customer focused. My sandwich is always made well. And in the rare event there is an issue, Robbie and his team do their best to make it right.

“I had a last minute Corporate Meeting and needed a Catering Order for 25 people. Ramon was soooo understanding and said they could pull it off. Mind you they had an 1.5 hr. Notice!!! I appreciate their hard work in getting this order out. They easily could have said no.“

“We have visited Jimmy John’s at 13446 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78216 multiple times. Unfortunately, each visit has been marred by the consistently rude behavior of an employee named Rashad. He often appears bothered while taking our orders, and when we request customizations for our sandwiches, he responds in a way that feels dismissive and difficult to hear. This has made our experience unpleasant, and as a result, we are now considering visiting a different Jimmy John’s location.“

“I want to take a minute and tell you about this amazing place. I know it’s perfect in Jimmy Johns but it’s also amazing place because they support our community. They support the Boy Scouts and they support our veterans.
Not once but twice but three times Rob Thomas and his staff came out and supported Troop 23 and the VFW. “Customer service was good I didn’t see a lot of staff working. I ordered a #9 unwhich and it was good. I don’t understand how the points system works for the loyalty program in go there once a week and never get any free items. Overall 4⭐️“

“Our sandwich and lettuce wrap were very good. Unfortunately our visit was marred by very loud and obnoxious "music". To top it off, the employees were also gossiping at high volume to be heard over the music. I'd love it if JJs was a place where you could eat and chat with your partner.“

Both times, the cashiers would also help us by giving their recommendations. Overall experience was excellent. We had a #7 and #12 for to go. Service was friendly and fast. Food was delicious!“

“AMAZING SERVICE and food! All 3 employees were phenomenal - Angelina, Tierah, and Giselle. They worked together like a well oiled machine and were exceptionally kind, fast yet thorough, all the good things!

Patient with a complicated order, helped when the app gave us trouble, and truly made it a wonderful experience. It was clean, organized, well stocked, A on their inspection, and the music choice was tasteful and catchy.

I literally re-downloaded Yelp to leave this feedback because they deserve it. It was my first time at this location (I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS) and the staff definitely left us wanting to come back!!

“This is my favorite sandwich shop! It's so easy to find a parking spot right in front of the restaurant, order, and get my meal within about 5 minutes. Even though the team works quickly, I never seem rushed. They manage to stay friendly, even when they're slammed. It's faster than drive through and the sandwiches always hit the spot.“

“Clark goes above and beyond. Our 1st time there and he was so patient with us. Explaining the different combos, sizes, how they taste. Restaurants need more people like him. He takes pride in his job and the cleaning up. This man needs a raise and a pat on the back.“
