“Nice big location. It was clean and the subs were fresh. Staff were friendly. My only complaint with ALL Jimmy John's restaurants is that the fountain drink dispensers always taste like bleach. I've experienced it at at least two locations now, so I feel like it must be something that they use to clean it as standard... But it's really unpleasant. I how they revise this.“

I stopped going to Jimmy John’s for about a year after they added the tip feature at most locations, but I decided to give this one a shot during lunch today—and I’m so glad I did! Not only do they not have the tip prompt (THANK YOU!). It’s extremely refreshing to eat at a place where great service doesn’t come with an expectation of extra payment (especially fast food/pay at counter restaurants).
My sandwich was made freaky fast, just like the old days, and everything was fresh and delicious. The employees had a great attitude, and the whole experience reminded me why I used to love coming here. I’ll definitely be back to this location (as long as they don't add the tip feature). If you’re looking for classic Jimmy John’s without the awkward tipping pressure, this is the spot!“

“They always have my order ready and CORRECT. I have no complaints. I come here a lot after work and pick-up along my way home. One employee even called me when my timeframe was a bit past because he did not want my food to be soggy. Thank You!“
“Trey who was prepping sandwiches and taking orders was extremely respectful and kind. Even though he was by himself with a pretty packed restaurant, he went above and beyond with his customer service skills. “Our sandwich and lettuce wrap were very good. Unfortunately our visit was marred by very loud and obnoxious "music". To top it off, the employees were also gossiping at high volume to be heard over the music. I'd love it if JJs was a place where you could eat and chat with your partner.“
“I order from this JJ at least 2x a week. Robbie, the manager, is attentive and customer focused. My sandwich is always made well. And in the rare event there is an issue, Robbie and his team do their best to make it right.
By far, my favorite JJs in San Antonio.“
“Jimmy John’s is becoming one of our fave. It’s only been 2x for us to visit this location; each time still wondering which would be the best one to pick. Both times, the cashiers would also help us by giving their recommendations. Overall experience was excellent. We had a #7 and #12 for to go. Service was friendly and fast. Food was delicious!“
“This Jimmy John's always hits but there always seems to be a staffing issue. This is the 5th time I've come to this one and there has only been one person making and taking orders. Two people can get overrun with orders, but just a single person cashing out and making all the sandwiches there will be mistakes. I paid an extra $3 or so for avocado and did not get it included with my sandwich. Can't even fault them cause I wasn't the only one waiting for food.“
“I always order pickup at this location and everyone is really friendly and the sandwich is always good! I’m not sure the employees name, but he recognized me and said that he knows I come here a lot and he let me know about their new sandwich that was coming out. I really appreciated that. Thanks for all your hard work!“
“Ordered delivery through Uber eats. Ordered an Hi-c fruit punch and received a coke. Called this location, Manager explained what happened and made it right! I'm beyond grateful and appreciative of his professionalism and ability to take care of the customer! I will continue to patronize this location!“

“This is my favorite sandwich shop! It's so easy to find a parking spot right in front of the restaurant, order, and get my meal within about 5 minutes. Even though the team works quickly, I never seem rushed. They manage to stay friendly, even when they're slammed. It's faster than drive through and the sandwiches always hit the spot.“

“Love that they are open late. The one close to my house closes at 8pm so I drive to this location which has a drive thru so I didn't have to get out of my vehicle. The cashier was friendly and courteous. They made my sandwich quick and it was delicious.“

“Customer service was good I didn’t see a lot of staff working. I ordered a #9 unwhich and it was good. I don’t understand how the points system works for the loyalty program in go there once a week and never get any free items. Overall 4⭐️“
“The venue is a bit small for being in the busy med center area, but the food was refreshing.
They could do with updating the website. I was a bit disappointed the website states they offer Dijon mustard only to find it had been discontinued months ago“
