I would share a picture of her food but I demolished it. The Gordita was soooo good best I’ve ever had. the flavor of the asado with the maize so delicious. Highly recommended trying her food!
The gorditas are excellent, filled to the top with your protein, the salsa is creamy and spicy. The owners are so nice, and we have called in a big order of gorditas to take to family elsewhere in the state before. The sodas are always ice cold, the Aguas frescas are top tier and refreshing. Gorditas were STUFFED. They were really good, we tried a couple. Asada was one of them for sure & I think the chili verde. Their piña drink was FIRE tho frrr. It’s a food truck so idk why people complained about wait time. I prefer a longer wait if it means my food is being made fresh & they were hot af when we got them. Def recommend stopping by!Wish they had seating tho!
