“It was so good , fast, hot and delicious pizza! And the guy was so polite in taking my dietary restrictions and bringing the pizza to the car without asking him in few minutes ( I don't know his name to post it ) the cashier name was Anabel V., thank you for your good service !“

“The pizza puffs were fresh and absolutely delicious. Hot and so much flavor was dripping out of them. Employees were quick to get my order and the girl(who I wish I could remember her name) made sure I was getting the best deal. My only issue that I really had was when I first walked in and asked about the party pack that I had seen online the man standing at the register talked to me as if I was stupid or something and gave me a look that I felt was very rude. So I walked out instead of causing a scene and went back in when I cooled down.“

“Very good! Their deep dish is like foccacia bread! Their cheesy bread is super delicious. Dare I say they're better than Marcos, Domino's, and Papa John's. I don't order their regular crust because it is quite bulky and bready but OMGosh! The deep dish! Wow!“

“Every single person that works this location is giving excellent customer service!! I have been coming here for the last 5 yrs at least once a month. My daughter and I share ( she can eat almost all of it ) the Italian cheese bread. The establishment it self is always clean an everything is tidy and professional always tastes great. I have to ask for an our Italian cheese bread slightly golden because it’s to hard for my daughter to eat if it the cheese cooked a bit longer. This location always makes it exactly how we like it. I can see they are always so busy. But , that never affects the quality of our order and the staff politeness.“

“Swung by this location to pick up a couple of hot-n-ready pizzas. The manager was working the window. He said that he had a stuffed crust pepperoni ready and that he had just thrown a 3 meat in the oven. I told him that I would take them. He told me that since he had just tossed the 3 meat in the oven and I would have to wait anyway, he would make me a fresh stuffed crust pepperoni pizza as well. That was cool of him. He gets 5 stars for that kind of service!!!“

“The best little caesars in San Antonio. The Italian cheese bread tastes spectacular, the crazy bread. They season them very well and make more parmesan cheese than at any other little caesars in San Antonio. Always fresh and if you want to advance I recommend that you place your order in the app, it is very easy and fast“

“I placed an online order today and let me just say whoever is making the pizzas right now is the best!! Our pizzas were fresh, tasted delicious and our order was actually correct!! I even called the store to let them know because I know they get a lot of complaints but it's good to get a compliment!!“

“Wait wasn't long, service was actually good. Ordered well done pizzas and crazy combos. Bread could have been cooked more but alright. Pizza on the other was cooked well but barely any dough towards the center to where the Pizza was greasy and would flop over. Only the outer 4 inches were edible. Worst off is this is the best location nearby and it's starting to go down the same path as others.“

“For some reason they never have Parmesan cheese. I ask myself how can a pizza place not have Parmesan cheese????? I leave upset every time I've even asked the kid working there is there a way That I can only order the crust and you give me everything else on the side so I can prepare it at home. He replied no sir we can't do that. Well now that this is going to be read by corporate office is it possible to order a plain pizza and have the toppings on the side so we can prep the pizza at home with chicken alfredo sauce. Charge me what ever you charge for the pizza I ordered just plain please.“

“I come to this little Caesars pizza place all the time because I live close by. There are times when it is good service and then there are times when it has not been too good. They barely answer the phone and there are times when I can't place orders online. I have to go to another one close by. There have been times when the pizza is on point and there are times when I don't even get what I ordered. It is a hit or miss with this pizza place but I am glad there are other pizza places to order from nearby.“

“I came into this location with an online order made through the app. I was unaware of the time from when the order was ready for pickup, so I did arrive late. It was packed with high traffic of customers. The number on my account was outdated and they stated they remove the pizza after a 30 minute mark but would be fine with remaking my order. As I waited with my son, I noticed how well the whole team did under pressure with so many customers inside and through drive thru. They remained focused and still were able to efficiently get everyone’s orders from the time I arrived to when I left. Great job to this location!“

“Clean and on point! Food is always great and they always give you plenty of toppings! Way better than some other pizza chains that overcharge for toppings. Also options for garlic parm crust and/or stuffed crust. Also can build your own pizza. Good staff.“

“There's no drive thru, but staff knew I had an online order & the pizza portal worked with codes typed in the machine.

Parking: It's in a strip mall so there's parking, just not all of it's near the store door.“

“You get what you pay for. Hard to find a better deal than Little Caesars overall. That said, anything you try to order ahead (not Hot-n-Ready) has been very hit-or-miss, the app tends to over-promise a done time and sometimes you're left waiting a long time for speciality pizzas. This leaves the staff dealing with frustrated customers, which in turn makes them frustrated too when it wasn't the employee's fault that the app tells you it'll be done at a time that they might not be able to do.

TLDR: Just walk in and order a pepperoni pizza off the Hot-n-Ready. Anything else and you might be waiting for awhile.“

“Although we got a pepperoni pizza with butter and Parmesan all over on Saturday night, I called the store and spoke to Danny and came back yesterday. They gladly fix it for me with no issue. Went home happy and the family was fed! Nice and clean location also. And the pizzas are stretched to perfection and perfectly golden“

“My family & I have come to the Tezel rd Little Ceasars location for many years. The food & service have always been very good here. Today I had placed an order on-line after leaving work. Cheryl (the store manager) assisted me when I went inside to pick it up. It turned out I had placed (& paid) my order at another location next to where I work. Cheryl asked what I had ordered & while I was calling to cancel the order she had hustled to get it ready herself.

“The food is always bussin! Can never go wrong with a classic pepperoni and some cheezy bread sticks!! BUT!!! Whatever she/he was working there last night was rude ASH and was on her phone w her headphones in. She got annoyed for us even being there and trying to order in the first place. “I was there yesterday and I ordered on line but when the app said my pizza was ready they had just put it in! So I had to wait for them to find my order and one guy I asked took a quick look around then went BK to what he was doing. Then I had to wait for another 15 mins for another crew member to find my order so I believe I was there for almost 45 mins. Then when I asked again they were so rude! Like I was a nuisance bothering them! That's the last time I go to that location on Palo Alto and 410 things need to change!

Parking: About 4 slots but they are angled and right by the main entrance and drive threw so when your parking there are cars coming in and if you're not careful cars trying to get out! Seriously no room,unless you have a compact car.“

“The girl working the register November 3 around 5:30 PM was so cool and so sweet her customer service was immaculate. She was super attentive and got my order, correct. And she put a good amount of seasoning on my pizza crust 10 out of 10 will be going again just so I can run into this cashier again! Also, the pizza was bomb as heck today!“

“You cannot beat the prices the freshness and the quality and quantity that you get hands down. Me and my fiance have been on an extreme budget and pretty much living off the 999 to $12.99 stuffed crust cheese pepperoni pizza so the pizza is like a large pepperoni with the stuffed crust only being cheese. Normally it's 999 or 1299 you cannot be this guy's it feels stupid up it is amazing it's the most delicious stuff across I've ever had now we messed up the other day in order the large pepperoni stuffed crust with cheese and pepperoni so it had pepperoni and cheese in the crust with butter and parmesan I guess brushed on it with way more pepperonis wow y'all I think this one was $12.99 or 1399 yeah I was unbelievable I'm not really a pepperoni person but man we needed the calories cuz we can only have the two meals a day and this right here guys is how you get calories and don't starve and you live off a budget and the freshness and quality is beyond what you could expect. I wish their app had a button though where you could just put light sauce me and my fiance have sensitive stomachs so we don't normally eat pizza and we're very careful about our tomatoes and acids Even with that we still just eat it as is and are happy but if I could tell the developers in the store cuz you can never get through on the phone over there I would love to have a button that says light sauce that I'm telling you for people that have stomach acid problems and digestion that would be the perfect pizza I've ever had in my life on a budget that's beyond delicious and man you got to try the stuffed breadsticks but their stuff with cheese they only get three for like 350 wow that's a treat. And I guess I don't have to say one more there's a 699.79 special pepper and pizza with bread sticks My god the 799 sticks with bacon and I mean bacon and the other half of pepperoni guys this is incredible I still love the stuffed crust with cheese in it because it's Divine but wow that bacon that Little Caesar has on that pizza for $79 He's beyond flavorful delicious and how did they afford to sell it to us at those prices I think Little Caesars should step up the game and be the number one pizza in America because guys the freshness the quality the buttery the parmesan the stuff across the cheese how are they in business at those prices now I'm not suggesting Little Caesars corporate America you raise any prices cuz I would not buy your pieces you know we have Marcos and mighty mushrooms Mars and all that where if we went to gourmet pizza and money doesn't matter you know you could spend $30 on a pie and our phenomenal but again disabled children one person working we're on a tight budget this right here is helping us survive and be a family so God bless Little Caesars and all the corporate Americas running it and bless the employees and the quality of their food I promise you I know money I know food and I know quality and quantity Little Caesars hand down guys there's nothing in America or anywhere else I can beat it right now not Domino's not Papa John's nobody y'all so kudos to them and please do not raise your prices otherwise my comments would be null and void it's the quality the taste in the price that have blown my mind away and thank you for helping America live and eat on this crazy inflating economy of groceries and food. “Food was fresh and good, they were having issues with the credit card had to pay cash and everyone had additudes. It was real hot inside, I know they are cooking but was real uncomfortable for customer and I imagine was rough for people who work there.“

“I had read very bad reviews about this location but ? t turned out they were all wrong. The food was well prepared, not over or undercooked and the service is not bad at all.

“I work next door to this location. The guys know that I need to get my buffet to go pretty quickly, because although I am on my meal break, I am the only manager in the building where I work. They do an amazing job of getting me in and out. The pizza is always delicious and piping hot. Thank you!!“

“Pizza is always good at this location. Just left from there, bought a COMBO pizza for lunch. Told the girl at window it comes with a drink. She kept telling me no with a confused look on her face. Soooo what makes it a Combo then if it doesn't come with a drink like its Clearly advertised. So she didn't give me my drink. She didnt even give me my receipt.“

“My wife and I were going to be watching the grandkids so we decided to go and pick up some pizza . We ordered two large pizzas, two crazy breads, and two chicken wings. What they don't have ready they can make for you. You might have to wait for a little bit but it's worth it. They have a small parking lot so parking spots might become prime real estate depending on the time you get there. They allow you to call ahead, order online or simply just walk in. The Staff is very helpful and they are very quick. They do have Vegan options if you want.“

“Been to this location twice 1st time no problem.. yesterday another story. It's not even about the actual service it's more to the customers come in with bad attitudes towards these workers. And all women.. I'm guessing having a bad attitude and bossy demeanor entities you to give these young workers a hard time for the heck of it. The young man at the register held himself very well. “Not a fan of crazy bread but wanted the sauce that came with my free order. I didn't get my sauce last time but when I ordered the same deal again, I wanted to make sure I received my sauce. It was not in my "pizza locker" with my crazy bread. I had to ask for it. They didn't even have any prepared The guy had to go in the back and prepare some sauce! I just thought that was inappropriate“

“The other day I went for 6 pizzas and it took them more than an hour and 20 minutes to deliver my order...
And what I saw is that those who prepare the pizzas do not have hair nets. Just a cap ? that seems a little unhygienic to me“
