Being from San Diego and not a fan of TexMex, this is one of the only spots I ever go to when I visit San Antonio because it is SoCal styled Mexican food. The Cali burrito and Rolled tacos remind me of Roberto’s Taco Shop
Decided to give them a try this morning, was fast service and delicious food. Nacodoches rd in San Antonio.
The tripas are always cooked to perfection… been going here for a while! Won’t change it for another ..❤️

The Carne Asada fries, though tasty, could use improvement in crispiness to avoid sogginess. The portion sizes are generous, providing good value for the price, especially with breakfast burritos in the $8-$9 range. The beef and shrimp burrito had big meat chunks, but was flavorful. Tripas tacos were soft and tasty, and the chorizo tacos are delicious without being too greasy. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile for guests, including little ones. The Tres Leches cake is big, cheap, and highly recommended. The food is fresh and delicious, especially the tacos, making it a great spot for a late-night meal or a quick breakfast taco stop. Daily specials and taco specials sound really good, and the horchata pairs perfectly with any meal.
