I was really excited about this concept but disappointed in the execution. Store was a bit disorganized with boxes and cleaning supplies sitting out around the counter. After a 30min wait, we were told the one microwave was not working and our cobbler could not be heated. We then arranged to take it home instead. The cobbler was good but the service, communication, and dining environment could have been better. Maybe you’ll have better luck.
Finally got to try the new peach cobbler factory that opened in my neighborhood and it did not disappoint. So much more than just cobbler! A dozen flavor options of cobbler and banana pudding, cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, churros and pudding shakes are all on the menu! There is truly something for everyone. I got the bourbon pecan banana pudding and the serving sizes are huge here! It had the best texture from the pecans. My husband got a snickerdoodle cookie and enjoyed...read full review
We stopped by today and ordered the chocolate chip brownie, apple cobbler, cherry cobbler, and butterfinger banana pudding. Everything was so delicious! Our order came out quick and everyone was so nice. The line was to the door but moves fast. We were all happy with our choices. The portions are huge!! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Peach Cobbler Factory San Antonio - North offers delicious cobblers like mango peach and cinnamon praline peach. The concept is cool, and the honey apple cobbler is recommended. The staff is friendly, and they have kid-friendly options like churros and cookies. The stuffed cinnamon roll with cinnamon peach praline cobbler is a habit, ordered at least once a week. Customers love pairing it with the OG Banana Pudding and are never disappointed with the different cobblers from the dessert flight. The place is clean, with nice energy, and customers are greeted happily and promptly. The location is very convenient. While the cobbler was great, some feel the decor indoors looked like crap, mainly behind the counter, with a hanging black curtain covering cleaning supplies and a metal work surface not used for anything. The dining area was a bit disorderly with dirty tables and a visibly dirty, slightly sticky white floor. Some customers found the portions a bit overpriced and the cobbler too sweet, with one experiencing it as microwave hot and slightly burned their mouth. The staff was nice but very young and not really certain on things, not knowing what flavors they were out of.
