Pretzels in San Antonio, TX

“I wanna start off this review saying I’m making this review during the Texas Music Educator Association Convention, and even during a VERY busy time like this convention weekend, my order was taken care of pretty quickly. While there was a discrepancy on my order of pepperoni pretzels and how it was placed in the system, the man making the pretzels was pretty good on fixing it quickly. I also picked up 4 classic rolls, and the Churro Chillata while here, which was all ready pretty instantly, and had to wait 12-15 mins for the pretzels. Hope they get to hire extra staff for when it’s needed on weekends like this.“

“Bought their oreo topped pretzels. Bought 5x, 2x was flooded with cookies and cream sauce, 3x was barely had sauces that half of the box was just dry pretzels. I also skipped if there is line for few times. Nobody was friendly enough to, just simply type whatever you want to order and asked anything else before saying how much price.“

“PLEASE BRING BACK THE JALAPENO PRETZELS!!!! I used to come once a week and ALWAYS had a good experience, friendly service and AMAZING fresh pretzels! I would literally buy 8 jalapeno pretzels at a time and 2 buckets for my kids plus like 20 cheese cups half regular half spicy! I haven’t been back since yall took it away, but today I found myself craving it so bad and just might stop by and buy some with the spicy cheese! Definitely deserve more stars! The workers are very sweet and work hard despite how impatient and unfriendly people can be!“

“I tried this location despite the terrible reviews (partly to see if it really could be as bad as folks have reviewed it). I have no complaints. The line moved relatively quickly. People seemed to get their orders quickly. I ordered ahead online, and my order was ready when I got there. Mayabe it's a different experience when the mall is busy, maybe things have improved after helpful poor reviews. Keep on improving, keep up the honesty.“

“I went today and I had let Alycia know that I am allergic to cinnamon and the gentleman was gonna touch my pretzels but she took it upon herself to wash all the dishes and wear new gloves and made me fresh food cause of my allergy…she is amazing thanks again Alycia“

“First time giving this a try. I am so used to actual pretzels but these mini ones are pretty tasty. They really just taste like soft dough balls with butter and salt. I enjoyed them. Got the regular size with a cup of cheese. Came out to a little over $8.00.“
