First visit & wanted to enjoy the bits. Ordered the almond crunch bits. Completely different then what the pictures look like as they gave me my bits but there was very little almond crunchies as my pic reflects. I'm including their advertising pic that's loaded with almond crunchies compared to what I received at their outlet store where you can barely see any almond crunchies. They definitely need to educate their little kitchen kids how to properly prepare almond crunchy bits....read full review
Recently, Wetzel's Pretzels revamped their mobile app. If you download their new app and register using the same email address as you did on the previous version, you get a reward for a free Original or Sinful Cinnamon Pretzel. I wasn't able to redeem that reward while I was back in SoCal, and it was set to expire when I was in San Antonio. We asked for a water and didn't realize we were going to be charged for our tap water in a cup and have it called "bottled water". The line was too long for us to go back and correct it, especially with our kids with us. Cashier may have just been enforcing his manager's rules, but I couldn't believe they'd charged us $3 for a cup of water. Can't believe we got a tip on there too.
