I was nervous because of the low star reviews, but it was a good experience and good food. Went for lunch on a Thursday, there were three people working and two served us. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, the food looked good and the portions were good too. I’ll be back with my family.
Ordered the carnita burrito, I should have taken pictures of its building process. There was hardly any meat in the burrito. The meat products were dry looking and there was no grilled peppers and onions to order. The quesadilla machine was "broken" but idk why they couldn't just throw it on the griddle for a few moments to cook the same way. Shown in the photo can see how terrible rolled the burrito was. The place has declined a little since it's opening. The last 2 visits to the Fort Sam location, they're always out of something. Today...they're out of like a long list of itemsal at 2:15. 12 people in line and like 7 or 8 leave. 1 guy working the front. There's definitely a management and logistics planning issue there. Too bad too. We like it but they need people.
