I just happened to be in the area when I saw the words "Boba Tea" and I just had to stop by. I'm from Portland Oregon where there is a Boba, Thai, Vietnamese, and Sushi shop on virtually every street. In San Antonio, not so much. I was so excited to have found Shinko Hibachi and Boba Tea and I am happy to report that their food and Boba drinks are AMAZING! Let us talk about the food. I ordered the chicken Yakitori Bowl. It's a good amount of.food for one person. It's chicken on a skewer served over rice with some broccoli. The chicken has good flavor. It was soft, moist and juicy. The rice was warm and sticky. The broccoli was half warm and cold. The Bowl is good.My wife ordered the Chicken box. We have been coming here since they first opened up! The quality of the food and service keeps us coming back. We are regulars and the staff always make us feel like family! Unfortunately we have moved a bit further and we miss Shinko so much, but we love to stop by when we are in the area. They are the nicest, most professional staff who really care about the food they serve. Its always fresh so delicious!
