Showed up 20 min to closing and was told I could not get a pizza or toasted sub because the oven was off already. Subway states that the oven should stay on until officially closed for the night.
Christiana, the worker on shift was nice & she did her job properly. My only issue is that the bread was stale, which is not her fault, but on management for not making sure their product is fresh. Other than that, the store was clean, not too loud & it was safe. If they just focused on the food & having customer service friendly people like Christina around, they would be more successful in making customers happy.
