Taco Cabana is a popular local restaurant that offers a variety of delicious Mexican dishes. The staff at the drive-thru window are consistently friendly, and the restaurant provides a military discount, which is appreciated by loyal customers. The food quality is generally good, with the exception of the dry steak fajita. The service is attentive, and the restaurant maintains a clean, pleasant atmosphere. Customers can enjoy a range of menu items, including margaritas, taquitos, and carne asada street tacos, all at reasonable prices. The restaurant is also kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, making it a convenient option for a wide range of diners.
Customers have been visiting Taco Cabana since 2007 and have generally been satisfied with the consistently good food. Many enjoy the breakfast options, such as breakfast tacos, which are often described as delicious and a great value. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the food can be enjoyed any time of day—breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Recent reviews mention that the drive-thru service can sometimes be slow, with waits of up to 20 or 35 minutes, especially when orders are not prepared in a timely manner. Despite these delays, meals like chicken fajita nachos, Carne asada tacos, and margaritas are praised for their flavor and quality. Some customers have noted a decline in the quality of certain items, such as quesadillas, with less meat being used. Overall, Taco Cabana remains a popular destination for authentic Mexican cuisine in a comfortable and family-friendly environment.
