Loved the aguas frescas, we tried cucumber-lime and piña, very refreshing, the former was our favorite. Also ordered chips and salsa, chips seemed freshly made and the salsa portion was quite generous, mild spice and lots of flavor. Being vegan I never understood the hype around breakfast tacos, but I get it now. All three that I had (lucha, charra, and Amiga) were incredible. The Brew-chata was a must get for coffee lovers as well. Highly recommend this cute little place.

OK, I admit that I'm a huge fan of Tex-Mex cuisine, and it's no accident that I was in the right place at the right time. Plantaqueria gets it right, though they could cut back on, or better yet, completely eliminate the salt.
