The 3 stars do not reflect the employees at this WB. They are 5 stars. From the cashier who took my order to the hostess who asked me twice if I needed anything. Even the customers were friendly, including a sweet woman who made my day by complimenting me for taking off my golf cap before eating my lunch.The problem was the hamburger. I enjoy coming to this location! I always have a pleasant experience. My food is fresh, & made to perfection when it comes to taste & quality. Also, when Carlos R. is doing the drive thru, he provides genuine kindness, which is a major key to great customer service! I appreciate this location, and their team. I highly recommend it. ?

I've never had issues with the consistency of the food here. But it seems the night shift consistently leaves an absolute MESS for the morning guys. Every time I come in the morning, it takes over fifteen minutes even with no orders coming in. Seriously, it needs to be fixed.
