19 Best Sandwich Shops near San Benito

“Best subway ever, they offer tons of veggies and the guy by the name of Chris greeted us super nicely despite the previous customer having attitude, the floors were clean and the tables had a few crumbs but nothing concerning, he was quick to refill straws for us and bribed me with a free cookie for reviewing 🤤 service was amazing!“

“I'm always hesitant to place online orders cuz a lot of places su make the sandwiches ugly ?. This location is different tho, every order I've placed online is always correct and looks like they took their time making it. If you're gonna go to any of the subways in San Benito this is the one to go to.“

“Staff was very nice and helpful even tho they were in the middle of making a huge order for pickup I think it was around 100 subs they still had our food ready fast and never made us feel like we were a bother or in the way. Some places treat customers poorly even if nobody else is in so it was cool to see them being so nice and professional considering the circumstances.“

“The food is always fresh and the entire staff is super friendly !“

“Ordered our first Platter for a party and it was delicious!! It didn't disappoint and there was plenty to go around and the best part was the plate of pickles . 😁😁😁🥳 Thank you so much for the delicious sandwiches.“

“The sandwich made by some girl with weird eyes and kind of blonde hair (I think Shall Be) was the best thing I’ve had in a while. That sandwich literally changed my life. I stopped cussing, stopped drinking alcohol and started being more responsible at work. SOMEONE GIVE HER A DOLLAR RAISE!

Kid-friendliness: My child was misbehaving and no one said anything about it . I had the best time ever!

“Food was cold cuts
I'm 67 yrs old. I cheat once in a blue moon. Any type of cold cuts is a skull ☠️ with cross bones. Service was normal. They made a awesome .Ham & Swiss with heavy mayo. Sprinkle oragno, blk peeper & sliced tomatoe. Atmosphere was Walmart.“

“This subway is part of a fuel station or I would of 5 starred the atmosphere.
The server at the time I went was personable. Asked how my day was and when I asked him back he mentioned his sister in the hospital. He did not have to show vulnerability but he did. Great service, food handled with care and he made sure I got what I wanted.“

“The attendant was a multitasker. She took our orders and taking orders on the phone. She had an ear piece. Lol... I thought she was giving us extra subs. Jokes on me, when I asked her what all she was doing for us.Her answer was that she was also doing phone orders.WOW..! She can really multitask.Which is UNUSUAL for the younger generation these days. (From my experience.)

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.

Dietary restrictions: They have a calorie chart.“

“WOW! Great job Hector. This employee actually cared enough to make my sandwich with care. Others have just always served me sloppy sandwiches. I understand time is precious but customers are too.He was actually clean and neat. He changed his gloves. Others handle money and my sandwich like what's the point of wearing gloves dorks. Showing that employees care is the best customer service there is. Subway compensate the good ones. They are the ones who bring customers from far just bz they want to feel the carrying and fresh feeling.

Vegetarian options: What makes the subway fresh is the employees who handle the food.

Parking: Next to Home Depot on Ed Carey in Harlingen TX. Eat fresh people“

“had a great experience at Subway. From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent and everything was handled quickly and professionally. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.
I want to specifically recognize Priscilla—she provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our order was perfect. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the customer experience.
Overall, everything from service to food quality was on point. Definitely a location I’d come back to and recommend to others.“

“I would recommend them a million times over and over. Forever! It’s good food and amazing customer service. They’re like family. I Love it here. The Owner (Steve) is an Amazing Kind Hearted Person. He makes the whole experience worth every second. I Highly recommend stefanos pizza.“

“I love coming to this location it’s very clean and they always have fresh vegetables and cookies and there’s 2 ladies who work in the morning make you feel so welcomed and they have you in and out perfect place for when you are in a rush 10/10 will be coming back“

“Rj was very nice and always very helpful. He is always smiling and very accurate and quick. The other employees are also very respectful and always convince me to add extras or remind of what the special is for the day. I like that they work as a team so if rj starts my sandwich and claris finishes it I still get a thank you and come see us again from the both.“

“Mobile ordered and they got my order wrong. First the guy working forgot the cookies, then the sandwich was made wrong. I called and spoke to the manager Belinda who was pleasant and handled the mistake with grace. Went in to get my new sandwich and spoke to Sara over the phone and in person. She knows what she is doing and gave great customer service. She’s helped me before as well. I want Sara to make my sandwiches from now on. At least with her, I know she won’t get it wrong.“

“I absolutely love when Justin and Moses are working. They see my son and me and know exactly how my son loves his sandwich. They always are so respectful, attentive and give excellent customer service every single time. I know when I come in and see these two young gentlemen I'm going to enjoy my subway. Thank you.
