“Since moving to Texas eating at Pier 6 has been our favorite dining experience. The food was delicious and mirrored New Orleans finest. Chef Joe Cervantez culinary skills result in delicious food from appetizers, entree to desserts! Our waiter was extraordinary and was so kind and polite. The restaurant sits on Galveston Bay; hence the atmosphere is fun and lively along with a beautiful view.“

“Went for the first time on Sunday. Upon entering, we approached the check in/ cashier desk. Wait staff were walking back & forth as we stood & no one said a word. No greeting, not we will be right with you. Not a word! One young lady ( Wish I would have gotten her name) she was sitting right there, preparing serving utensils. She did not say a word as we stood there. I've never felt so uncomfortable, unwelcome, & disregarded! Never! Finally, another wait staff that was helping over at the check out computer, walked over & asked the young lady who was sitting there to assist us! Still, not a word to us! The young lady stood up & with the worse attitude, she asked did we want to sit inside or outside. While I was asking my husband his preference, she rolled her eyes & and rudely asked , " Inside or out!? Again, I wish I had asked her name, but she appeared to be the youngest. Between being disregarded as we walked in & stood, and her attitude, I told my husband I was uncomfortable & wanted to leave! He pushed back & said let's give it a chance beyond this! So we stayed & were seated outside as we preferred. Then comes our waitress! What a pleasant surprise & she turned our experience around! We learned that she had not been there but 3 days or 3 weeks. ( I forget) her name is Amanda & she is pregnant. She's such a pleasant & nice person! We felt badly for sitting outside, because she worked so diligently. It was quite a walk in the heat, because we chose to sit outside on the pier that was a bit of a walk. Again, she was so pleasant & professional! The drinks & food are superb! From the oyster 🦪 appetizers, to the platters! Delicious! Some of the best seafood & side orders, ever! Truly! Drinks are flavorful, delicious, and they aren't stingy or scarce with the liquor. 😆 I would absolutely visit again, but truly afraid of the treatment, unless it's Amanda again“

“I've been to Pacific Seafood many times and the food is exceptional. We have never been disappointed. The seafood and vegtables are fresh, the presentation is great and everything that we have eaten has been delicious. The atmosphere is nothing special but the food and the service makes up for it.“

“This place is a must-try, if visiting Kemah, TX! The food was amazing! We had the Armadillo Eggs as an appetizer....perfect recommendation by our server. I had a steak finger basket...great sampling of their chicken fried steak in strip form (So tender!) Hubby had Tom's Choice Ribeye steak...great flavor and grilled to perfection! The portions are huge! The prices are reasonable. We easily made 2 meals out of our orders. The staff is friendly & the atmosphere is very unique since Kemah Broadwalk is within walking distance!!“

“My wife and I stopped by for the first time this past week for a quick bite and drink. I have to say we were very impressed with the build out the owners did. The atmosphere is amazing with a large interior space for dining and a huge bar top with plenty of TVs for watching a game. They have a huge outdoor patio with lots of tables and a huge couch for relaxing. Their food and drink options are quite impressive and tasty! The service was on point with a shout out to Gabby. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel immediately at home. She was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend as good place for couples, families, tourist and an after work stop for locals.“

“I want to say how AMAZING this place is! I booked a birthday dinner for my boyfriend and the owner called me personally and spoke with me and made sure that she decorated our table personally and even got us a private room (which I had no idea was going to happen)! When we arrived, there were beautiful balloons, candles and a stunning room filled with low lights and music. Her husband even came in to make sure everything was to our liking and the waitress (Chloe) was outstanding! I cannot say how wonderful each and every person was that night and how great the food was as well. We will for sure be regular customers at this restaurant for years to come! “Sammy‘s is my new favorite place! I have experienced both the in person experience and the DoorDash. Let’s start with the in person experience… You are welcomed as soon as you come in the door whether you are sitting at the bar or sitting at a table. Super friendly you don’t wait very long and a drink is in front of you whether it’s a well drink or just water with lemon! The food is phenomenal. I am personally hooked on the fish tacos! When the owner is there which is pretty much 24/7 he will definitely come up and say hello to you introduce himself and after that, you’re not a customer, you are a friend. It’s a place that you can go to by yourself and feel comfortable. On a date or even with a group did I mention the fish tacos are delicious and the fries too and I might as well tell you that the Moscow mule is pretty tasty too! I look forward to warmer days when I can sit out on the deck! Highly highly recommended! 10 out of 10! Keep up the great work!“

One of the items offered is a sampler plate that is usually costs around $40 but closer to $20 during the week. SO MUCH FOOD and always delicious! During the cooler months they have soup flights. Yes, soup flights! There are usually 5-7 soups to choose from. The tomato basil ,chicken enchilada and gyro chili are a few of my favorites. If you love Greek food, this is a must try hidden gem. If not, they have other fantastic food choices and the Medusa burger is one of the best burgers around!! The fire feta is a must. The deck is wonderful and you can look out into the bay just behind the lighthouse. <3“

“I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I’m very impressed with their newest bartender maybe 3 weeks fresh in at Scotty’s, Chris. He is personable and has a loyal group of regulars that are starting to trickle in and grow a soft spot for our beloved neighborhood pour. He is bringing in a lot of business, but I can’t say I’m surprised by this. He has a way of connecting with people that make their experience as such when someone actually connects with you and remembers the little things when they see you again. Nobody feels like a stranger. He’s adapting quickly and always busting his ass behind the bar to make it a great experience. The staff here is top notch 💯🤌“

We ordered drinks and at bar and then got a table outside to order food, and the waitress refused to serve us, stating TABC rules, but we weren’t ordering drinks from her, we are really good customers and tip really well. I’ve never had that happen and have always had good service there. Maybe a new inexperienced waitress, worried we weren’t going to tip her? Or maybe I didn’t know you couldn’t a have drink tab at the bar and order food at a table separately? I’ve worked, waitressed , in the food industry so this was new to me.“

“Omg my son’s boss told him about Kelley’s and we had never ate there. We had just got off our 9-day cruise & wanted some serious comfort food. Kelley’s definitely fit the bill. Homemade hand-battered chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes/gravy, fried okra, salad & fresh rolls! All servings were HUGE and delicious 😋 all for $16. I ate off of my lunch 3 times! We will def be back. Amanda was our server & she was on top of everything & great service. We were only disappointed that they were out of the Texas size homemade biscuits from the breakfast run. If you’ve never ate there before u gotta try it and u will be back.“
