“Most of the food is good. The workers are nice. One time, when my family and I went, it took around 25 minutes for our food to come. When the lady with our food came she was on skates and she fell right next to our car and all our drinks were spilled. She was okay, though. Then the manager went back inside and made our order in 5 minutes, so I don't know why it took them 25 minutes to make I the first time. The atmosphere is also really boring, but the screens you order on are somewhat creative.“

“I was the angry lady in the drive-thru today. My hot water heater busted and flooded my entire house I was unable to finish my day at work and I could not feed my children as the house of flooded. I decided to go to McDonald's here in town which I never do because I've never really had a great experience with them. Today I spoke clearly as to what I wanted to order and again they messed up the entire order. I understand mistakes happen but literally it happens every time I come here. This time I didn't just deal with it. I was already having a really hard day and unfortunately I took it out on the McDonald's staff. They accommodated every need and aspect of what I wanted to order and fix everything for me. I just wanted to get on here and say I'm very sorry for my attitude and that I was so angry it wasn't really y'all's fault I've been going through a lot today and I just wanted an easy lunch that I didn't have to worry about. Thank you for putting up with me and fixing everything for me. I will come again“

“Just moved here from Gainesville. The food here was 100% better, but the little young Mexican dude at the drive thru kept giving me a look like he wanted to fight and being pretty rude? Not sure what the deal was with him since I'm a person who never gives fast food workers a hard time. Maby you should hide him in the back cooking or something. Definitely not a people person.“

“A great, kid friendly place. More seating than you'd think. A little pricy, but good food. The burgers had many gluten free bun options, but didn't come with fries as a meal. If you try the shrimp and grits bombs make sure to ask for the house sauce(delicious together). Staff was knowledgeable and kind! Not a bad wait since it's fresh made.“

“Love the trip to Chicago. The food is hot, service is quick. I had an Italian Beef dipped in sauce, covered in peppers. Also had a Chicago Dog. You can go to Portillos and not get a hotdog. There's plenty of seating and self ordering kiosks that make ordering very easy to do. I'm excited to see a Chicago icon keep its charm in Texas.“
