Today, we celebrated my mother-in-law's retirement from her career, as a teacher. The two bartenders were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent guidance as we selected wines. We thoroughly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and outstanding customer service. ♡“

“Dining at Aki Sushi. I had a fantastic experience at Aki Sushi with my wife. We started with steamed dumplings, which were delightful. My wife had the tonkatsu ramen, a dish bursting with fresh flavors, along with the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu sashimi. I tried the smoked brisket ramen, a unique and delicious dish, and unagi with foie gras sushi wow !!! is all I have to say about that one. We also enjoyed a salmon skin roll, one of my favorites. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring a memorable meal. Aki Sushi stands out with their fresh wasabi ground tableside and fresh, never-frozen bluefin tuna. Highly recommend for anyone who loves sushi and ramen!“

It is really a shame because the food is great so you would think the desserts would be too!!!! “Solid barbecue. Both the Brisket (purchased half pound) and sausage (link) were very good. The char on the brisket had an aggressive smoke taste , giving it a very distinct flavor. The original sauce had the proper amount of spiciness which I like. They have a milder, wimpy, sauce as well.“

“I celebrated my birthday with a family member for the first time at Red River Cantina. The food was outstanding! The service was right on. The ambiance was TexMex classic. The ladies bathroom was impeccably clean and well stocked. Our server surprised me with a beautifully and delicious complimentary Sopapillas with cream and a lit birthday candle. Red River Cantina has nothing to envy their competitors. We all know who they are. Red River is our new restaurant for delicious and reasonably priced TexMex dining! Next on our list is their BBQ restaurant! Can't wait!“

“Omg good! I don't know why it's taken us so long to try this place out. Food is reasonably priced. I had pepper jack chicken, broccoli cheese rice, and green beans. The chicken was piping hot, but my sides were luke warm. The chicken and broccoli dish were delicious. The green beans, however, lacked any flavor. My hubby had the country fried steak with okra and Cole slaw. He said everything was delicious. The salad bar was yummy with plenty of fresh choices. One thing I did notice was the Workers we interacted with weren't very friendly. We wanna go back to try steak night soon.“

“We used to frequent the Webster location almost daily. Had many of work lunches as well at the Webster location. Then they opened the league city location. Same great food carried over. “I have seen four bad reviews.I think they must be talking about another place.We started going there a little over two years ago.We eat there at least once a week,sometimes twice and not on ce was there a bad meal.They have had a little trouble with Chefs as the one who had been there a long time,who.drove from Galveston every daY, left early this year He was great.The other Chef who came was ok but not successful and did not last long and I do not know if they have another permanent Chef or if the Chef's assistants are doing it at the moment.Whatever the food is always good and plenty and they have 22 beers on drought and offers on drin ks and food every day.Food is served until 10pm every night except Fri and SaT when it is 11pm aNd they are open until midnight every day except Fri and SsturdaY when it is 1am.The staff are great and the Customers are great. We have made at least 20good friends and I mean Good friends who are now close friends ,since going there.If you want grest food,great.drinks,meet nice people,this is the place.I always saY there is always an ear that will.listen and someone to laugh with.I do not understand the bad reviews of whic h I saw only four going bac to20 21.This is NOT this place.“

“Esteban’s is our go to place to relax and have a delicious meal, and enjoy great service. Today I am writing to thank and praise the manager and staff of Esteban’s for their immediate, effective, professional and caring response to an emergency in which a client had an apparent stroke. Multiple staff immediately: ran to the client, called 911, took directions from the 911 operator and passed them to family with the stroke victim, stood by with the stroke victim’s family and place an employee outside to direct the ambulance. Throughout this process the rest of the staff very efficiently took over for those three who were with the patient, on the phone with 911, or at the door directing the ambulance. The victim and family were supported, no restaurant tables suffered a lack of service, the ambulance was there within ten minutes, and the patient and her family member were fully supported throughout.“
