“Terrific food, and friendly staff but they cook to order and are very busy so it can take awhile for the order to be ready. (We think it's worth the wait!) It's takeout only and you wait outside, but there are some stools to wait on out of the sun. The place is right next to Boyd's bait store and that's busy also. Only a few nearby picnic tables, but you can go out on the Texas City Dike (which sometimes charges a fee) to find other picnic tables (which can be a bit sandy and have bird droppings) or you can eat in your vehicle.“

“I'm so happy that I found this jewel in Texas City. The food is fresh, I believe home made. The tortillas are super delicious, always hot and soft. Perfect to eat alone or load items from your plate. This is my breakfast go to spot on Sundays. The service - always with a smiling face. The ambiance is bright, cheerful.“

“If you haven’t had the pleasure of having Marcus as your server, you are missing out! Marcus was friendly, attentive and had great food suggestions! My aunt ended up going with his suggestion of customizing quesadillas by adding ribeye steak, onions and cilantro with BBQ ranch on the side. Wow, so delicious! I went with the pastor bowl and all the flavors played so well with each other. Visit the TC Gringos soon and ask for Marcus. You won’t be disappointed!“

“This is our second time at yummy yummy hibachi, sushi and buffet and I swear we never get let down going there. They have an amazing variety of foods and desserts. I highly recommend this place to go eat for the buffet lunch.“

“We order from here on occasion for delivery. The good has been consistently good. I have never eaten at the restaurant so not much to tell regarding service or ambiance. We ordered the beef Lo mein, the potstickers, the hot and sour soup, the wonton soup, the General Tso's chicken and the Pu Pu plate. I would not order the Pu Pu plate again, it didn't taste as good as the regular food. More like it had been sitting around for a while. The potstickers and the Lo mein were the clear winners with our family. But I always love the soups! We will continue to order from here!“
