“Our was good. I had the seafood boil combo #2 and my husband had the oysters and a chicken quesadilla. The only thing I didn’t like was my second drink. I ordered a Paloma and it wasn’t very good. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and the live band.“

“What can I say!! This is one of the best restaurants we have eaten at in a while! It is a little hidden gem!! Everything has such great flavor !! The Gumbo is fantastic and the chicken and the pecan praline waffle is out of this world!! You definitely will not be disappointed with anything!! And to top it all off the food is Hot made to order and worth the wait!! Definitely will be going back to try some other things!! Our table also had the shrimp and grits and they were very tasty!! We ordered drinks and at bar and then got a table outside to order food, and the waitress refused to serve us, stating TABC rules, but we weren’t ordering drinks from her, we are really good customers and tip really well. I’ve never had that happen and have always had good service there. Maybe a new inexperienced waitress, worried we weren’t going to tip her? Or maybe I didn’t know you couldn’t a have drink tab at the bar and order food at a table separately? I’ve worked, waitressed , in the food industry so this was new to me.“

The only issue we had was that an employee named Jay made us wait for our drinks while he was playing on his phone, which wasn't the best customer service experience. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and we'll definitely be back because the food is consistently good.“

“The menu is quite large with so much variety. Their house salad dressing is really delicious and if you choose the pasta Alfredo as your side you won’t believe how big the portion is. My husband got the stuffed red fish and for the first time ever couldn’t eat it all. I recommend sharing an entree so you can save room for dessert which I hear the bread pudding is delicious. I just didn’t have room“
