“Well First of All The Service was Terrible we went there for breakfast January 3 2026 and we were treated bad as soon as we walked thru door. The Waiter we had was very Rude I don't know if was because we were the only Black People in there or she could not work under pressure She took our order and that was it we ask to charge our drinks and she just went off on me we wanted coffee she bought cold coffee no creamer we ask for Dr. pepper she bought water no one ask for dam water we ask for hot syrup we got a empty bottle of syrup. Every time we ask for something she didn't bring it she was Rude as hell and our food was cold and the sausage burned and on top of that our ticket was 106.00 it was 5 of us what the hell did we pay for her treating us bad never came to the table and ask if we need anything. She lucky my grandson was with me. Do I Recommend This Place to Anyone. Hell Nawl And we won't be Back . She didn't like Black People”

“Ok, so this review is LONG overdue.

Back in December 2025 (a few months ago) my children and I were about to cook up some food at home, but then the power went out for the entire neighborhood. So what's the next best thing to do for dinner? Well, ORDER DOMINOS, of course! So I did just that!

I placed an online order with this location for my children and I so that we can eat dinner. The order went through online. Long story short, this store location was just barely out of bounds for my delivery address. For some reason, the online app still let the order go through, eventhough it was just barely out of bounds for our closest store.

So then the store manager called, and told me that unfortunately he could not fulfill the online order to my delivery address. I told them we didn't have any power on our street, and that I didn't have a car, so that's why I was ordering food from their establishment, but told him that I completely understand why they couldn't deliver. ( I made no fuss about it. It wasn't their fault for why the dominos app still accepted our order for delivery to an outofbounds address.) The manager apologized again for the inconvenience, I thanked him for his time, and the order was then canceled. That was that.

SUDDENLY, I get a text from the store manager... he said that he would send a driver out to my location with my order FOR FREE, just because of the inconvenience... I was absolutely SHOCKED! I offered to still pay for the meal, but it was already canceled by that point. I tipped the delivery driver, and I was in tears afterwards. I'm from the Dallas Ft Worth area, and I'm not used to this kind of generous behavior. I honestly didn't know when the power was going to be turned back on and I didn't know when we were gonna be able to eat. (Power didnt turn back on until late that same night.)

So THANK YOU to that store manager for having a heart of gold, and THANK YOU to his store team mates for showing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and for treating us like human beings, instead of just #'s on a paycheck.

I want The Domino's Corperate Office to know that the manager at this location during December 2025 deserves to be recognized and appreciated for his outstanding service and for his teams contributions to the community, as well as for the amazing service that they've provided to the Domino's Company.

“I’ve been to several Pizza Inns. This one, by far, is the best one yet. The pizza on the buffet was fresh and constantly rotated. We were traveling through on fire department business and they cooked any pizza we requested. The only thing better than the food was the customer service. We were treated like family. The bacon cheeseburger and BBQ chicken pizza was A1 excellent! If you are hungry and in Winnsboro, stop in. The place is clean and there are a lot of items on the salad bar.”

“I go here often and it's always great. Today I guess the big bosses are here and it's total chaos. Food was bad. All the crew is frazzled and can't move around cause there is 6 people in black shorts in their way. They are also painting while customers are trying to eat. The paint fumes in bathroom made me so sick and dizzy I felt like I was going to pass out. I had to sit in my car for 30 minutes before I felt well enough to go home. From my experience when boss is at the business it's better. Not here it's worse. I seen and heard the bosses talk to the crew like they were nothing one even walked out over it. I would have too.. It was so bad I will not eat here again and support the bosses behavior to the crew.”
