“This location is fairly new and so far I have had all good experiences. Glad to have something closer to the Balch Springs / Dallas area. Staff is friendly as usual and food is great. Wait times have not been an issue the times I have been there.“

“this was my first time eating chicken from this location, which is Henderson chicken and I must say it was ok!!! They don't put enough season on the chicken, but other than that, it's worth the buy!!! Now I've eaten from the Henderson chicken on loop 12!!! And it was good and they have nothing but men cooking and when I tell u those men can burn!!! Another way of saying they can cook!!! That's for the ones in the back 😃“

“The chicken & sides are always fresh & bomb to me every time I go!! It’s crispy which is fire with the Cajun season!! I don’t know what these comments talking about. The restaurant staff are super cool & have fixed my order before. They forgot my corn fritters so I called they gave me a large instead of a small & a free drink. Y’all hating! “Went to Bushs Chicken in Forney the other day. I used to work in central Texas many years ago and went to BC all the time. I only recently found out there’s one in Forney. Its about 25-30 miles from where I live, but it was worth every penny. The food, staff, and cleanliness was immaculate. I am looking forward to visiting again very soon!“

“I had to write a review based on the behind the scenes customer service I saw two nights ago. There was someone oblivious in the mobile order line who took long enough to order that management inside the restaurant recognized them and started looking out the door. I was pissed originally as this person who needs to learn social awareness held everyone up 5-10 minutes, but as I left I was really taken back by the dedication of the management team who showed pride in keeping standards high which people don’t see or recognize as it wasn’t a direct customer service. I was really surprised that they came out and confronted the driver when the driver drove around in effort to educate them what mobile order line means. They definitely earned a lifelong customer and I hope they see this because it was noticed and very much appreciated!“

Medium Mac & Cheese… not sure believe the order taker was Lucy? And another lady helped me with a bag for my food with a handle, because I am handicap. I will NOT buy fast food ACCEPT at Chick-Fil-A because it is always clean, correct temperature and professionally prepared with always AWESOME customer respect!“

“So I’ve had the original Nashville Hot chicken in Nashville! It was amazing. I discovered Mary Sue’s and decided to try it. I assumed it would not be very good!! Well I was wrong!! I loved it!! The flavor was great and the chicken was crispy! I will definitely be going again!“

“I ordered my typical 3 finger combo, extra crispy. The food was spot on. I applaud this location for being generous with the amount of fries I got. I wish cane's was consistent with the portions from store to store. Some locations I've gotten in the habit of ordering extra fries because they don't give you enough with the order.“
