“I want to give a shoutout to Andrea L. I believe she is the manager at this location. We had placed our order to the wrong location. She hooked it up for us and even threw in some extra items for the wait. She was very pleasant and so eager to help. We always have a good experience at this location. Even with other Whataburger locations being closer to us, we drive out a little further to this one because we know we will have a great experience. Thank you Andrea!“

“Just wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to the young man who helped me fix my order at the window today (3/5) around 5:30 at Chicken Express on 123. My order was a little scrambled, and he was able to help me with a beautiful attitude. I especially appreciate him not giving me a hard time about it because today we suffered a very personal loss, it was just so nice to be helped with kindness, and I very much appreciate it. I didn't catch his name but he helped sort out my request for biscuits/rolls combo and was tall with dark hair.“

“Its pretty legit. I'm lactose intolerant, but I totally take one for the team each time I be going cuz ain't no way imma leave without having an ice cream or sum. In conclusion, it's pretty bomb cuz I eat what I eat and as long as it's edible I'm gonna consume it. (The banana split is my fav and it's old fashioned but in a good way).“

““I saw the light in a Wendy’s Frosty”
I walked into Wendy’s expecting to settle for mediocrity. I left a changed person. Enlightened. Possibly spiritually upgraded.
I ordered the 4 for $4 like any financially responsible adult who wants to eat like royalty on a peasant's budget. Nuggets? Glorious. Fries? Golden. Cheeseburger? Slightly crooked but full of dreams. I bit in and heard a choir somewhere. Was that Wendy herself? Probably.
The woman at the counter handed me my tray like she was bestowing a sacred artifact. She called me “hon” and gave me an extra dipping sauce without judgment. That’s love.
Now let’s talk about the Frosty. That chocolate Frosty didn’t just cool my tongue. It cooled my soul. I dipped my fries in it like a local, and for a brief moment, I understood world peace. I forgave people I wasn’t even mad at.
A man next to me dropped his sandwich, and the staff replaced it without question. No drama. No upcharge. Just vibes. He looked at them like they were heroes. I almost clapped.
The music was a weird mix of early 2000s R&B and motivational pop. I didn’t hate it. I tapped my foot while consuming 2,000 calories and didn’t feel bad once.
Wendy’s, you beautiful red-haired burger queen, thank you for reminding me that joy comes in small paper bags.
I will return. Probably next time I pass through town.“

“This time ordered from the Kingsbury Street location (closer to hospital where we work). Co worker ordered off of menu .. they no longer had the chicken on Texas toast option, but proceeded anyway with order. She received her burger, tots and drinks pretty quickly. Young lady very personable. I chose to use the Sonic mobile ap. I received text notification that today $1.99 Double Cheeseburger. I ordered that along with a Medium Cherry Limeade which is 1/2 off when using the app. My meal was $3.+. I added a 2.00 tip since I did not have cash. My co worker stated she did not tip. I explained that these kids have to bring out our food in the cold, etc. My guy came out within minutes of my checking in, super nice. Just fyi... I did ask about how tips are paid out.. I was told when you add on with order, they get it added on to their checks which of course is tax deducted... so probably don't end up with much of it. I prefer giving cash (when I have it is the problem) so I just add it on. So app is the way to go if you have an option. The text notifications from Sonic are good to have as well.“

“Ya'll, it may be small, but the taste is bigger than the building! I had the student’s chicken strips, and I walked out stuffed. I had never been here before. I didn't know that they had spicy chicken strips. They brought me one to try! The spicy is great!“

“I haven't tried Cesar's Pizza in a very long time however I was pleasantly suprised. The service was stellar, the pizza was perfect and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. I realize some have had issues here but I can say give it a try. I'm really glad we did.“

“Ordered using the app. Only did it this way to see if any deals or coupons available. The app allowed you to enter deals and select. I ordered the Large 3 choice pizza included pepperoni, Italian Sausage and Mushroom. 12.99. I chose to pick up. I didn't remember getting a text notification that it was ready. Went inside approximately 20 min and it was ready. Nice and hot! Young man very pleasant. I don't always order from Pizza Hut simply because I can get a 6.00 pizza down the road, but every once in a while I do break down and get Pizza Hut just because it is sood good along with their crust. When I walked in, there is still a dining area so still can go in and dine. There are parking spots right in front. Area is a little congested, simply because it is at end of a small shopping strip. Pizza Hut right off of the Highway 123 before Chicken Express. They do have Drive Thru option as well.“

“My first time ever having a Jersey Mike's sub, I was very impressed. It was delicious best I've had in a long time. I didn't give 5 stars for service because the employees all seemed gloomy, no smiles or friendly service. I felt like they had all just been disciplined by management and weren't even talking to each other. Otherwise the food was great, establishment was clean. Just need to work on friendliness.“

“Chicken Express, Seguin, Texas. Best experience I've ever had at a Chicken Express. The best thing was the staff. One particular woman, didn't get her name, went over and above. She was taking orders, was extremely pleasant and welcoming. But what impressed us the most was that when she wasn't taking orders she was picking up empty trays while people were still seated so they didnt have to dump theirbown trash. I've never seen another person do that in a fast food restaurant. Wish I would of gotten her name. She was excellent!“
