“I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken and overall had a very good experience. The flavor was on point, the texture was good, and the presentation was excellent — everything looked fresh and well put together. The sauce had a great balance and really carried the dish.
The fried rice wasn’t quite authentic Chinese-style fried rice, and the chicken itself could have been a slightly better quality cut, but neither issue took away from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Everything else was really well done.

“I absolutely love her food truck, beef and broccoli and the sesame chicken was the best Chinese food I’ve ever ate in my entire life. I’d do anything to get stationed back at that base just for her food truck. More so important than her food, was her kindness. “I *always* order the szechuan tofu even when I was still eating meat because it's just that good. I like to request it with extra broccoli because the heads soak up all that delicious juice and explode in your mouth. If you order this, I suggest using the leftover juice and tofu to steam some rice. I looove this dish 😋
