Miss Dana has helped us before and was there again tonight and I just wanted to say she is absolutely lovely every time we see her!! Her kindness and attitude is so welcoming and loving and we chatted about ourselves and it was so nice. After a super long day it was so refreshing to talk with her! “(05/30/25) Eight of us met for dinner at the Pazzo Pastaria and were immediately greeted and seated by the very pleasant co-owner, Ginny. The ambiance is simple, cozy and (thank you), not noisy. The wait staff is excellent (shout out to Katie!); the menu is well organized and offers several out-of-the-ordinary Italian dishes. Don't fill up on the tasty breads and olive oil dip, because the food is delicious and the portions are generous. For a weekend meal, consider making reservations because the restaurant fills quickly. We were pleased with our dinner selections and no one left hungry! The overall experience was so good, we agreed the Pazzo Pastaria would be our new favorite restaurant. PS. “Best pizza in New Braunfels. The supreme pizza was indeed supreme and their pepperoni pizza rolls are the best I have ever had. I called in an order and it was delivered hot and fresh within 25 minutes. Courteous staff. Will be going back for more!“

“Came here after looking for a new pizza place in the area. There were many takeout and food delivery pickups, but we wanted to eat it fresh out the oven.

Ordered the small Supreme pizza and 6 Garlic Parmesan wings. Everything came out in about 15 minutes fresh out the oven. Daniel immediately came out to ask if it was our first time visiting and how we liked our food. He truly cared about the experience which was impressive. I believe everyone there was family and they all did a great job.

Pizza was loaded with fresh ingredients, very crispy, and the wings were just as good. Small, family business which cares about their customers and makes great good. Will be back again.“

“We had to wait an hour to get in because it was busy. Get a reservation if you can. Food was delicious and the staff were very helpful. The food does take a while to arrive but everyone got what they wanted with no problems. To me, the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini wasn’t a lot for the price but it was good. Bucatini noodles are hollow inside (in case you didn’t know like me). You can split a pasta dish in two and it was enough for my sister and brother in law. We also had beignets and it was delicious with the chocolate and raspberry sauce.“

“Recommend 100x - I visit this location at least a couple times a week. Today, I witnessed something truly amazing. I was in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. Thank you for hiring people that not only do their job, but go above and beyond for their customers.“

“James *our waiter* and Mehdi *the amazing chef* were absolutely phenomenal. The good was very flavorful and delicious. We were celebrating a birthday and he went above and beyond with the strawberry shortcake dessert 🍰 for not just the birthday girl but the entire party of 5 got to partake. The Salmon BLT is a 10/10! Dropped in on a recommendation from Tido, over at McCombs Ford West, while having some scheduled maintenance done and we were not disappointed! Fantastic staff, fast service and great food! They even have turkey burgers, if you want a leaner meal! Their great selection of menu items will definite have something for everyone in your dining party. 410 and Culbera was our location of choice. We’ll definitely be back!“

“We've been three times now, and the first two times were great. Tonight made us not want to go back for a long while. The women's bathroom was disgusting. We ordered our food and they were out of bread bowls and potatoes. My daughter ordered off the kids menu, and we paid then 10 minutes later an associate came over and said they don't carry what she ordered anymore. So we switched to something else, that cost less, and we had to ask for the refund of the difference later, they didn't offer. We switched to carry out because the AC was broken (not their fault). One of my kids ordered the kid's Mac and cheese and they gave us a tiny side portion as her meal and when I asked the cashier about it she said it was correct. But then I saw a kid with a sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese and his Mac was the same size as her entree portion. I mentioned this and they said oh yah, you're right, and gave us a second one. We left and I realized we didn't get our drinks, we just ordered water so no loss but just irritating. They also didn't give our kids their cookies in this kids meals, which I didn't realize until we got home. My husband broccoli cheese soup was very watery, and my chicken enchilada soup had maybe 2 pieces of nickel size chicken and nothing else but the soup part. Our sandwiches were good and the kids' food was good. The manager was very nice.“

“I had the most wonderful experience from two young employees. I spoke with the GM, Brenda to compliment them both. Apologies as I forgot their names, but the young man had dark hair and is or will be a manager and the young lady had pink in her dark hair( I believe her name was Janelli?). Both of these employees were so respectful, patient and kind, exactly how service should be. It can be hard to find good service when eating out. I also know that working with the public can be very difficult these days. But many thanks to these two wonderful individuals and Brenda! Job well done! I will definitely return!“

“I had a great experience at Zaxby’s. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken was perfectly cooked, the fries were crispy, and the signature sauce was excellent. “I LOVE zaxbys, let me tell you, I WISH I had one closer to where I live. Never have I been disappointed by any zaxbys and this one is certainly included. Fresh fries, toast, chicken MMM, just perfect. Always good service, easy enough to get into, GREAT FLAVOR and prices are decent. I dont know why Zaxbys is slept on here but this is good ol southern flavor right here, and i lived in the deep south. Oh my gosh I lived without having one and it is life changing.“
