This is the 4th time we've gotten food from Bonus Burger over the last few months, and each time, everything was perfect. We all like our hamburger/cheese burgers a little differently, but they got it right every time. Plus, I can honestly say, I don't even feel the need to check the bag to see if it's all in there/the right order. Anywhere else these days, that's a must do.The food is consistently prepared with generous proportions. The hamburger patty actually tastes like beef and is still a 1/2" thick even after being cooked. It has always been juicy and delicious, not a dry one yet. The fries have a very light dusting of what tastes like the onion ring batter, which is delicious; whatever it may be, both get 2 thumbs up.The same person (more consistency) has greeted us with a genuine smile every time we've pulled up to place or pick up an order... nice to feel welcome.If you're looking for an old-fashioned burger and friendly service, this is the place you're looking for...It's only "drive-thru," and it's a little tight if you're driving anything bigger than mid-sized vehicles, about like every other place these days. Oh yeah, and it's cash only, too, but well worth it, IMHO.Some green chilies as an add-on would be yummy ?Parking: It's a little tight, but drive friendly and slow, and you won't have any problems.Wheelchair accessibility: It's drive-through, not needed.“

“This place is really nice to bring the family to watch movies in or outside your vehicle. Went here to watch Bob Marley and The Beekeeper for one single price. Highly recommend, nice and clean place. Will be coming back to watch more movies.“
“The first time here is a good food place. I ordered the bacon cheese burger with green chile, my daughter ordered the cheese burger without the bun, and a side salad. My wife had a cheese burger with a side of onion rings. Everything was very good, so good that even the sight of the food made it so tempting. I forgot to take a picture to show you all how delicious they looked. We will definitely return. FYI, tech students and faculty get a discount with an ID. Just ask.“
“They have a pretty good hamburger here. I feel like I’m kind of a hamburger snob. I haven’t been able to find too many places in Lubbock that has a really good mom and pop diner type burger feel to it. But they have a pretty good burger here.“

“Food was fresh yummy gentleman cooking was so nice helpful very attentive cashier was very stressed I could tell the tall gentleman looked lost completely ignored me to what I asked when order came out lady sitting in first booth took care of all her regulars but completely ignored me offered them drink refills but did not offer me as it would of been very helpful as I have a toddler“
“Ok listen I don't leave reviews very often unless the food is really bad or exceptionally good and let me tell you it is exceptionally good. They stuff their own sausage. Their ice cream is the best I've ever had. Their brisket, smoked turkey and sausage are all amazing. I wasn't disappointed by anything. I wish we had one back home. We will definitely be eating here every time we are in town. 10/10 definitely recommend ? ?“

“Visiting our son. First time here. Hubby & I had breakfast. Omelet and 222. Was great. Son had a lunch plate. We are not picky, but there was no need to be. Good country cooking. We will be back. Might just make this our dinner tradition while our son is in Lubbock. 3 happy tummies.“
“The fact they are open and employees busting their tails on Thanksgiving evening is unreal and unfair. I made sure to tip all the workers $5 each and wish I had more loose cash on me I'd give it to them all.The General manager better had of did something special for these employees for working on Thanksgiving night while all other fast food spots in the city are closed.“
“I've eaten there quite often and the only complaint or really more of a suggestion is I like my onion rings a little more crispy and darker but that's just my taste but other than that food is great customer service has always been on point as far as the price I don't mind paying a little more for food that I've can enjoy because there's a lot of restaurants that brag about their cheap prices and u find out as ur eating why they are so cheap it's like anything else u get what u pay for and really I don't find Jumbo Joe's expensive“

“My 87 yr old mother-in-law and I stopped in the Lubbock, TX store after her doctor's appt. As ALWAYS we received delicious juicy home style burgers and an abundance of crispy NOT greasy fries! She felt this food was reminiscent of the food she ate in the 50's diners.“
“We had a lovely lunch after walking around TTU campus with our kids to see where they went to classes and studied. We recommend the fried cheese appetizer. It was tasty. The service was quick. “I generally love Sonic's. The drinks are always to die for! The food usually is good but what is it about not wanting to put the condiments in the sack. Even if you order something like chicken and you want the dips, and tell them what dips, they bring your sack out to the car read off your order each item, they need to believe the condiments are in there but when you start to eat you don't have them?! What gives Sonic? Would it be too much to ask for the person that brings the order out to glance in the bag and make sure that it has what it's supposed to have in it?“
