“The food was good and service was friendly. However there is one thing that needs to be addressed. When the cashier hands you the cups, she puts her fingers inside the cup. This is unsanitary. Please train your employees to handle the cups from the outside and NOT put their fingers inside the cups. I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant in awhile, but I usually place to go orders.“

“One of the longest going restaurants in the Arnett. There's a reason too. The food is always great and the wait in the drive thru is never too long. The employees are always nice and I've never had a bad experience here and I grew up in the Arnett and still live there. The best Schnitzel spot in all of Lubbock. And it's a great place to get a few dogs after a TTU football game!“

“I've been going here for a year and every time I go, I am always greeted with great service and hospitality. I normally get 3 jalapeño kolaches and they are always made fresh and ready to go. I would recommend going here for their kolaches alone! With a large sprite included, the price is around $11.14“

“This is a very great Arby's. While in Lubbock TX I made it a point to come back again before I left for home in NM.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely the best. Wish I could remember the wonderful young lady that helped me. She was what made a bad day turn into a much better evening. Thank you young lady. When in Lubbock TX again I WILL stop by. Great customer service is hard to get now days.

“Husband placed order. He purchased French Dip. Said it was the Best he has ever had.
My sub was disappointing (because of misunderstanding with staff). It was ham, cheese and bread...dry. Next time I will place the order myself.
Their menu is big with options for hot subs, salads, etc.
My hubby was very happy with the experience and we will go back. We live out of town and Lubbock is our source for shopping/eating out.
Looks like Firehouse is going to be our sub stop (sorry Subway).
Parking: Canyon West location in Lubbock (Milwaukee street).
Very busy location. Limited parking (strip center shopping area). Saw lots of takeout orders (in and out quickly) so parking spaces don't seem to be an issue.“

“We grabbed lunch from here around 11:15 on 4/25. I had submitted my order online which was easy to do, and it was ready within a few minutes of my arrival. The staff were kind and welcoming and my order was completed accurately. When I got home, I realized just how much fries I received. Wow! So much fries! And they were delicious. Perfectly cooked and wonderfully seasoned. Our burgers were fantastic as well. The meat was juicy and flavorful, the grilled mushrooms and onions created a depth of smokiness, and the fresh veggies were crisp and added a layer of texture. Overall we really enjoyed our meal, and we had a good time!“

“Went to this store after multiple failed attempts to get what I ordered from the 50th location. The lady who took our order was very sweet and made sure the order was taken right the first time. The kitchen staff took great care as well to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, they work great together! This is the only Taco Villa I will be eating at from now on. Fresh food and great service.“

“I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this CFA. I had to order a lot of food at short notice, and they went above and beyond. The meal was for a family that lost a family member very suddenly. The staff gave them dessert and provided a very sweet note. People, like these guys, restore my faith in humanity. “I love the staff here. I get a coffee here almost every morning, and the staff is just so friendly. They all know me, and I feel like I'm swinging by every morning to say hi to some old friends. Love their Carmel Iced Coffees. Don't really eat the food, but I have tried their chicken sandwiches, and they are really good.“

“Big pizza fan here -- First time at THIS Pizza Hut and they did GREAT! Food was hot, not skimpy on the toppings, chicken wings were crispy, and they made the custom pizza without mistake! My wife loved her veggie side of the pizza with pesto drizzle! All around great experience (Staff were really nice too)“

“So I was that guy who showed up right before closing tonight... The coney was subpar but I happily ate it. The service was AWESOME! Both the person who took the order and the guy who delivered it were friendly and completely unburdened by my late arrival. (And just for the record, if the roles were reversed I would be annoyed if I were them. So, kudos to the staff!! )“

“This location offers quick and exceptional service along with fresh food and great ice cream! Even with the steady stream of customers tonight they answered the speakers immediately and got all 3 of our orders out within a couple of minutes. One carhop, Salma, really stood out as she delivered the majority of orders while answering the speaker as well. When dropping off our orders she was kind and efficient, while still being thorough. I’d highly recommend this location!“

“I love Taco Villa. I live in Central Texas and we don’t have a Taco Villa so the only time I get it is when I go home to Amarillo. It is always my first stop for food and it never disappoints. I’ve also tried some new things like their mexiburger which is delicious! Love Taco Villa and miss it every day!“
