“The food was good and service was friendly. However there is one thing that needs to be addressed. When the cashier hands you the cups, she puts her fingers inside the cup. This is unsanitary. Please train your employees to handle the cups from the outside and NOT put their fingers inside the cups. I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant in awhile, but I usually place to go orders.“

“This Wienerschnitzel in Lubbock has great food!! First time visiting a Wienerschnitzel and we were super impressed. The young lady helping us was very knowledgeable and helpful since we didn't know about the different types of hotdogs. This location is very clean and the dining area is very comfortable and has a cozy environment. I highly recommend this Wienerschnitzel for your next hotdog crave!!“

“The young man, I just encountered at the Drive-through takeout window was the kindest sweetest boy I’ve ever had at a Jack and Jill. Everyone’s been very sweet, but he always has a smile on his face and seems like a very kind hard Hard worker. “I love this location and the atmosphere is always so welcoming. The young gentleman, Jacob, was taking my order and He was so patient and kind and very attentive to my needs! He even came to my table to check if I needed any refills! It was very clean and my food was so fresh! I would definitely recommend this location!“

“This is a very great Arby's. While in Lubbock TX I made it a point to come back again before I left for home in NM.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely the best. Wish I could remember the wonderful young lady that helped me. She was what made a bad day turn into a much better evening. Thank you young lady. When in Lubbock TX again I WILL stop by. Great customer service is hard to get now days.

“These are by far the best burgers my husband and I have had in a long time. So fresh & they taste so good. I got a double bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles & mustard. My husband got the patty melt. I think that’s my favorite burger now here in town 🥵 my husband said the patty melt was one of the best he’s ever had in his life. And the amount of fries you get is well worth the price 😳.“

“my car was having some troubles after i had finished eating here, and an employee named michael just so happened to be getting out of his truck as i was attempting to start my car. after i approached him and asked for help, he kindly offered me advice and helped with my predicament using his mechanics knowledge. great guy !!“

“This location offers quick and exceptional service along with fresh food and great ice cream! Even with the steady stream of customers tonight they answered the speakers immediately and got all 3 of our orders out within a couple of minutes. One carhop, Salma, really stood out as she delivered the majority of orders while answering the speaker as well. When dropping off our orders she was kind and efficient, while still being thorough. I’d highly recommend this location!“

“I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this CFA. I had to order a lot of food at short notice, and they went above and beyond. The meal was for a family that lost a family member very suddenly. The staff gave them dessert and provided a very sweet note. People, like these guys, restore my faith in humanity. Thank you for your kind, giving hearts.“

“Man I went in there on 6/26/2025 at high noon lunch rush and they were getting there butts handed to them and they were training new employees as well on register. Employee didn't hear ne right so Miss Lady Tara was doing all kinds of things, I think her blood pressure was high (told her to keep an eye on that lol) but when frustration comes in but you hold your composure and provide awesome customer service with a smile while managing a store, I live for that. I was on a 30 min lunch break and a refund was needed for me to get the right order, she came in like a boss and took care of your boy. I was strapped for time but food came out quick and I had enough time to eat and It was awesome. She even said I can sit in the player section(back part of store)Which was very clean, all the crew acknowledged me when they didn't have to and that's rare. Awesome place to go during lunch rush cause they move like oil in a machine. Will be back. Make sure Ms Tara checks thet BP🤒😁💯. Highly recommend for anyone.“
