“MOD was my favorite pizza UNTIL I tried Crust Pizza!! Crust Pizza is perfect every time without the need to make special requests, as needed at other pizza businesses that still don’t get it right. Crust Pizza evenly applies the sauce and toppings all the way out to the edges of the pizza, they don’t just clump them in a few areas or in the center with nothing on the outer edges. I never get charred or burnt crust which ruins the pizza for me. CRUST PIZZA CO. IS THE PERFECT PIZZA EVERY TIME, WITHOUT FAIL!!“

“I was at that location yesterday for a spirit night, I was surprised by the great customer we received it was a really busy day and the manger in charge really surprised us by how great she was doing.she was talking to the guest , cleaning tables, sweeping all over the lobby . “I came here on Valentine’s day with my bubby for dinner because we heard from our friends that this place is really yummy! The host seemed a little frazzled but we were sat promptly. We ordered the truffle burger and chicken alfredo, both were really good but the alfredo could use a little something extra.
From the booth we sat in, the place seemed very lively and friendly. Unfortunately our server didn’t have the same attitude. She was cold and standoffish even with a smile on her face. Maybe she was mad she was working on Valentine’s? Who knows. We didn’t get her name at first but the receipt we got had the name “Desteni” on it.
Other than the server being a little lack luster, everything was great!“

“Listen I'm a New Haven Pizza snob, so I can't say this is the best pizza ever, but I think the pizza here is wonderful. It's definitely a different style than I'm used to but done very well. It's not a mushy deep dish, there's a crispness to it that's addictive. 2 pieces per person is plenty.
Prices are great and they have a bunch of options for everyone. The location is just for delivery or pickup, no sit down, so just be aware.
As the former Governor of California once said... I'll be back.“

“Good food, several options of Venezuelan dishes. It takes about 15 minutes to bring the food. There is parking but usually far from the entrance. There were tables available but they were all dirty, when we asked the person in charge he cleaned it within a few minutes, I guess they hadn't had time to clean between clients, but it wasn't pleasant when choosing a table.“

My husband and I have been hooked on going to Crust Pizza on Saturday.. good pizza but absolutely NOTHING like this pizza at Marinis. Fresh ingredients and the crust was to-die-for. The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, making for a pleasant dining experience. My only suggestion would be to add a large, visible menu at the counter for easier viewing. “Popped in for a last minute decision for a pizza and was greater upon entry by this guy with awesome tattoos and glasses (never got his name) cooked us up a bomb pepperoni pizza in no time while I walked next door to grab some beer. While visiting a friend in the area, I decided to check out a few local spots, grab some tea, and then figured—why not pick up a pizza too? Not every pizza place is the same, especially when it comes to customer service and overall experience, so I was curious to see how this MOD Pizza location compared.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The place was spotlessly clean, and the team working that day was exceptionally welcoming. As soon as we stepped through the door, the staff made sure we were taken care of right away, which is something I truly appreciate.
Our pickup order was ready and prepared perfectly, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The employees were friendly, efficient, and seemed to genuinely care about providing great service.
If I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to MOD Pizza location whenever I was craving one of their delicious, customizable pizzas. Unfortunately, it’s a bit out of my way, but if you’re in the area, I highly recommend this spot. The clean environment, inviting atmosphere, and excellent customer service make it one of the best MOD locations I’ve visited!

“So tonight was a huge disappointment at MOD Pizza at this location. I arrived at 10:54 p.m., not realizing that MOD closed at 11pm. I went straight to wash my hands as my family proceeded to get their order started. Coming out of the restroom, my son tells me (we have to go) because they turned off the oven and we arrived late. It's a few minutes before 11 pm, son. I said what? No, we arrived before the door was locked... no, it's ok we can order, son. He says to me No, mom they told me No. Because we arrived from San Marcos, Texas, and our neighborhood is still without power due to the weather, I just wanted to bring my family to eat a hot meal before returning to our home with no lights. As I talked with the young lady, another worker jumped in our conversation, explaining that by the time we put our order and they made the pizzas that it would be after 11pm and that it couldn't be done in time. Keep in mind that the people ahead of us put their order in, and they were sitting waiting for their pizzas. My family comes to MOD 2-4 every other week because we love the pizza. I just couldn't believe that they couldn't make 2 more pizzas. We all have a lot going on in life, but this situation should have been handled differently. My opinion is that more training of customer service, understanding, empathy, and serving their community with giving hearts instead of an inconvenience one. I never spoke to a manager, but I'm not sure if a manager was available. MOD, please do better! I just can't believe we were turned away tonight in this time of need for a hot meal. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.“
