“They were super busy when I pulled in, however they were all nice throughout the order. Having satisfied my sweet tooth.
The lot was a little messy when we pulled in, but it would not prevent me from returning by any means. Will definitely be back for when the sweet tooth attacks. Always add hot fudge to ur ice cream...you won't regret it, and they sell it over in“

“Theres only one person working and every order is made to order so be prepared to wait if there's someone ahead of you. I ordered and PAID for a steak burrito but got ground beef instead (didn't know til I was already home, which sucks) so I can't speak on the steak but the ground beef burrito was ok. The flavor is your basic taco seasoning and all the fixings inside were decent (guac, Pico, sour cream, onion, cilantro, pinto beans and rice). The sauces both red and green were lacking in spice. Like zero spice but it had notes of garlic. All in all, I'd probably come back and try it again but just make sure I get the correct order.“

“Food is decent, I walked in to ordereat and had 3 people standing in front of me waiting for service, no employees visible. After about 5 minutes of waiting, a female and male Hispanic employee walked from the back laughing. I have no clue as to what they were doing, but their customer service skills need some work.“

My complaint is about the people filling the orders who don't or won't read the order tickets. 7 out of 10 times they will forget 1 item from my order, & it's usually mashed potatoes. If you're not eating inside, check your order thoroughly before you leave. Chances are it's missing something.“

“We frequent this location, but today in particular I want to commend the employees that were working. They were understaffed and overstressed but they still kept their cool even with dealing with unwanted characters that were outside, computers that were crashing, and a neverending string of customers. I only wish I could have got their names, but I didnt want to slow down anything. Im sure they dont hear it enough, but they are appreciated!“
