“The wife and I were in the area looking for a new place to eat stumbled upon Caroline's I am so grateful we did from the minute you walked through the door, the smells, Smiles, service, food, people are wonderful we got there just before the rush and the rush was out the door seating area is very limited the food is amazing. If you get the baked potato I hope you're hungry..... we will be back... bring CASH they do not take plastic“

“this barbecue spot is absolutely one of the best that I've tried the barbecue and brisket pork is extremely tender and has a good smoke flavor and the baked potato with brisket on top is is extremely good and the portions are good size I definitely recommend you trying this spot it is a little more pricey but well worth it the jalapeno poppers was not from there but I added it them on the side“
