“I don't know what the young girl's name is that was working all by herself there tonight, it wasn't on my receipt and I don't remember her having a name tag on. But whatever you're paying her, she deserves double. She was all alone with people steadily coming in and I work in food service so I know the noise of online tickets coming in, and on top of all that a couple spilled their drink all over the floor. This young lady kept her composure the entire time, tho I could tell she was struggling she never once complained and greeted every guest and thanked them when they left. I would have given you 5 stars if you would have had an extra person working so this poor girl wasn't killing herself trying to stay above water. I know good help is hard to find as my job is also running very thin these days on employees. Still a Mgr could have at least been there to help during the dinner rush. The food was hot and fresh and tasted great as usual, and I only had to wait for my pretzel to cook as I ordered online and you were out of the churro I wanted. I think you have a great employee who has good mgmt material written all over her, don't run her off by spreading her too thin. Just my thoughts.“

“My husband and I have been in here twice now to eat. We are ALWAYS greeted with a friendly welcome.
The store is ALWAYS Clean..
Even though she was training the trainee and trainer NEVER let their customer service and friendliness down.
The food was prepared perfectly 👌 and with a smile..

“I'm giving the place all five stars because the young men working here are good, friendly workers. Now on the other hand the manager needs to take a valium or something. As a leader he needs to keep a calm head and not be freaking out when things speed up. As a customer I'd rather wait ten minutes for a correct order than receive a botched one in seven. The customers my fiance just delivered to said they were afraid to even check in their order because of his demeanor on the phone. On one hand you want to get people's food out to them as quickly as possible but on the other hand you want as few mistakes make as possible. Within ten seconds of being in this place I could gather that the crew doesn't care for the guy much due to his attitude, approach, and overall anxiousness that he displays. If your crew doesn't like you they aren't likely to be very enthusiastic about showing up to work or wanting your approval. Hopefully the manager reads this review and takes a little wisdom away from it.“

“I was working late on the road and ended up being one of those customers that walk in 15 minutes to closing time. I really hate doing that and apologized to the workers. The guy just laughed and told me they were open and was ready to make my sandwich!“

“The new young boy that started working here is great he does such a great job with the sandwiches and truly goes above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. Before he started working here I couldn’t say the same so the 5 stars is because of that employee.“
