Fries 1.4 were raw, not cooked.

“The employees here are 10/10 the nicest people EVER. I go at least once a week for breakfast. Today I forgot to click lite ice on my mobile app for my coffee….they had already made it. “On 12/11/21 we had a church class party and had ordered food from TCP. They were supposed to deliver it at 6:00-6:10 PM. At 6:25 I called to see if our food was on its way. Well, as it would be there was a mix up on our date. We didn’t cast blame and neither did the manager. He said he’d have the food there by 7:00. Sure enough it was there and he set it all up. Everything went great. The managers name is Scott Vickers. He was awesome. He was at his home helping his wife wrap presents while the kids were gone and getting ready to go out of town the next morning. The man was so nice and did exactly what a manager should do. As we know not everyone would have done that. We are very grateful to Scott Vickers and his staff for getting everything together for us. We’ve used TCP many years and will continue to do so. Deavon was so great! I ordered multiple breakfast items, and while waiting I shared that I had my best Chick-fil-A experience years prior at this location. I used to live near by, so they were quite often my breakfast of choice. My routine was 4ct minis, folded egg, American cheese. I word turn the minis into little chicken egg and cheese sandwiches. One morning I order and my egg and cheese were missing. The person at the window says open your minis. I open the box and they had already assembled my minis into 4 little chicken, egg, and cheese mini sandwiches. (You can find that original review on here)

Deavon was already great, but he wanted to keep the experience going once he heard that. I got my order, and once I got home I realized the sauce for my food was missing. I called back and Deavon replaced all my food with fresh items and threw in a cookie.

My favorite location! I used to live near this location and quite often I would visit for breakfast or lunch. My “Go-to” breakfast entree is the Chicken mini combo, a side of folded egg with American cheese. I guess I had been ordering that enough that someone got hip to the fact that I had been making miniature chicken, egg, and cheese sandwiches with the minis. I arrive and place my order and before I drive away I check the bag and I say “I’m missing the egg and cheese”. The cashier says “check your minis”. I look at my minis and they had assembled them into the perfect chicken, egg, and cheese minis. That was so above and beyond!“

“Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. Luckily, I’m sure it was a fluke, and I know they usually do a lot better, so I’ll be back. This is simply a heads up for the managers that y’all weren’t on your game today. 2/10/2023 @ 1145.“

“We ordered at the drive thru and they told us to park in handicapped parking to wait.🤦‍♀️ Then the girl told us we would actually have to come in to get our food because company policy is that they cant bring food out after dark. So I guess I'm curious why they even have a drive thru open at night if they are going to make you park and then make you go in anyway! Our order was over $50 and I love the chicken but am shocked at the terrible service!“

“I've been a customer since 99' over in North Fort Worth. Always great stuff. Maybe once at the one on Division in Arlington the chicken was too dry, but now I try the one in Arlington off Pioneer and I'm just so happy with their overall service.“

“So my first experience at the Chick fil a at the north east mall was amazing. Ive never had cfa ever so i asked my cashier what did she recommend so after i order and all she told me not to worry about it that my meal was on her. “Love this place. Their dipping sauce is the best. One word of precaution though: Do Not get the coleslaw! Two visits in a row their coleslaw tasted exactly like dish soap. Even smelled like soap. Since it’s happened twice I’ll assume it doesn’t actually have soap in it and I have to figure some ‘secret’ ingredient or combination of ingredients in the recipe creates that taste. Unfortunately there isn’t much to substitute it for so it’s just kind of a waste.

UPDATE: Went back tonight and out of morbid curiosity I got the coleslaw again just to see… and it tasted great! So I’m happy on the one hand but on the other hand now I’ve got to believe that it actually was hand soap that I tasted in the last two trips (which I guess is not that weird knowing that we go there often and they probably make a big batch) and it’s possible I got two cups from the same batch. So moral to this story? I’m glad I spoke up and (hopefully) they threw out the old batch. But now more than ever I say, at least in the near term, definitely check the coleslaw before you eat it! Plus, considering this new revelation I’m down grading the food stars to 3.“

“The staff that work this location are wonderful. Not the usual aggressive attitude issues you typically find at other Popeyes locations.

The food tastes incredible, I'm pretty sure they put crack in the ranch, it is so good.

And the food has to be good because you WILL get diarrhea after eating here, almost every time. But it's worth it.

Just make sure your toilet is ready to go and paper is stocked about an hour after you finish eating, and take a hot shower afterward.“
