Due to the amount of establishments that get the dish wrong I didn't know what to expect.Upon arrival you can quickly see your Menu options and are greeted by the staff. The staff here were very kind as well as professional during our visit and made ordering easy. We ordered several orders of Birria Tacos as well as their Birra Grilled Cheese which I personally have not yet had or seen so we had to try it. For our beverages we ordered a Mexican Coke and several Strawberry Horchatas, a beverage I have also never seen or had before.It was not busy so the wait was little. They own the building right beside the food truck so we were able to dine in! No messy car and no waiting to get home! The place was clean, the tables and seating were clean, the air was fresh and the ambience was relaxed. Outside there's plenty of parking space.Our food came and the anticipation was over. Quickly I understood the prices. Here they are very generous with the portions. Normally establishments give slim tacos with small sides but not here. The tacos are loaded with meat and cheese and sides are plenty. The little consomé cup was filled rather than being at half. There was plenty of radishes, onion, cilantro, lime slices as well as their in-house made chile de árbol.After devouring the tacos we all tried the Birria Grilled Cheese and it was fantastic. The sandwich had their Birria and cheese on some Texas Toast which I believe was dipped and fried. First time to ever try it and it is a must try!The Strawberry Horchata was also very good so we ordered several! A beverage that we believe you should try!Overall we are very happy with our visit! We had no issues of any kind. The prices are higher than average and justified. Our meals were absolutely delicious! The staff were kind and professional. “We hosted a baby shower for 40 people, so we opted for food + service option (requires a minimum food purchase for 50 ppl, with contract and $100 deposit). They have about 10-12 protein options to choose from. We had a choice of 3 - we selected asado, chicken fajita, and pastor. It comes with veggies (cilantro, onion, red cabbage, pinapple, guacamole sauce, lime/limón, just to name a few) and about 10 chile sauces (from chipotle to chile de árbol, to diabla). It also includes red rice and frijoles machacados. This package includes a choice of either one 5-gallon agua fresca (limonada, horchata, pepino, etc.) or 20 hot dogs. We picked the limonada - it's the real deal. Additional aguas frescas may be puchased for $45 each. They're pros, so they have their set up (they need about a 12-foot area to set up tables). Our server was Younique, and she was an absolute joy. The protein was delicious (asado was the most popular - it was devoured), the tortillas were tasty, the sauces were spicy and genuine. BRAVO on the rice and beans as well (both were delish, esp. the rice) and finally, the presentation was spot on. They will pick up their area once done, and leftovers are properly covered in the aluminum trays, sauces are packaged in Styrofoam cups, tortillas, plates, etc...when rounds 2 and 3 of food cravings hit later on - you're set. These tasted like my grandma's and almost made me feel like that moment on that Disney movie Rattatoue. The chile rojo gorditas were awesome.
