The chicken was hot, juicy, crispy, and packed with flavor, and the seasoning had just the right kick. The fries and sliders brought the whole meal together. You can tell they put some real love into the food.

“I was in need of an urgent lunch request for a same day meeting!!! I called the 2102 Spring Steubner Rd location. I explained my dilemma and Carla did her thing!!!! I had a lunch order for 20 people along with condiments, drinks and cups in record timing. I think I called around 10am and I wanted to see if it could be done by 10:45am. Carla had it done at 10:39am!!! Carla saved me. Nothing was missing from the order. It was hot and fresh!!!! This service was phenomenal and this location was great!!!! Thanks again, Carla! You are a lifesaver and a rockstar!!!!“

“Food was what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A — fresh, consistent, and no complaints there. The frustrating part was the drive-thru experience this time. We ended up stuck behind 1 car for probably 10+ minutes because it seemed like they were having payment issues, and since the lane traps you in, there was no way to get around. It felt like the situation could’ve been handled better by having someone come take orders outside or directing cars around so the entire line didn’t get held up by 1 vehicle. Also, getting into this location from the I-45 feeder/access road can be a little difficult depending on traffic and how packed the parking lot is. If it’s busy, it’s honestly easier sometimes to enter through the shopping center side instead. Overall the food was solid, but the traffic flow and drive-thru logistics could definitely be smoother.“

“Stopped by Popeyes on I-45 North in Spring and picked up some wings for the kids. They absolutely loved them! The wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor, and the kids were already asking when we could get them again before we even finished eating. Service was quick and everything tasted fresh. Food was okay. pretty much what popeye has come to Since everything started shrinking down in size. Biscuits were somewhat crunchy, and they only give you two little tiny packets of honey to put on them which barely covers half of the biscuit.“

I had a coupon 2pc 1 side order $4.99 I wanted to use it twice plus add 1 lg side order this would have been a total $15.50 . I was told I could only use the coupon once. I have been in this type of business for many years and you want your customers back I did not order I said OK thank you and left. Drove all the way to this location where I did purchase . I explain to the mgr. In charge , she explain to me why they did not allow to use the coupon twice she said let me see what we can do . I handed her my phone she then came up with a coupon 5 pc with 2 sides $7.99 with biscuits. I said great let’s do it. Then I added that lg side order my total about $12.00 I came out $3.00 ahead one extra pc of chicken . Just some extra help from the employee helping me I really appreciated it on top of all this the chicken was hot and fresh. I will be back at this location.“
