“This place is delicious. We ordered buffalo wings, waffle sandwich and a cookies n cream milkshake. We got the buffalo wings and fries, and they are not basic. The sauce was slightly spicy with a hint of sweetness. The fries were crispy and over all delicious. We also took this order to-go, and the waffle sandwich did not get soggy and was great. The cookies and cream milkshake was the star. I will drive back 20 minutes just for this milkshake. It was not too thick and not overly sweet. The service was great too! The gentleman greeted us and instructed us how we can submit an order. I highly recommend and I will be a returning customer.“

For 48$ the strips were huge and super freshly made.
The seasoning was great.
Flavor great, and the value was definitely good.

The chicken salad was a huge hit for the event. It was refreshing and delicious! Love going in here. They make me feel like they know me personally.“

“This is the best Hartz in Houston IMO .... I've lived around and visited several locations throughout my 39 years of being alive and this is THE ONE. They season chicken like it was made at home. The food is always fresh and they consistently are fresh and hot. I've been on this side of town for a year and have visited several times throughout this past year and i have no complaints. They are better than Popeyes, church's, and the other Hartz located in the other side of 45 headed to humble. Whoever is managing is doing an awesome job. Please continue to consistently serve us fresh, hot, seasoned to perfection chicken and let's not leave the mouth watering tenders out of the conversation. So good.“

“Well this morning roughly about 7:00am I ordered the chicken & sausage bowl meal. Well when I arrived at my job site that’s about 10min from Chick-fil-A I park my truck & I was about to eat my bowl of goodness.. take it for granted I do not eat breakfast in the morning. Well I had it on my lap and soon as I was about to open the hot sauce my bowl fell all over on my lap. I was so angry at my self.... lol well I decided to head back to the location ware I bought my breakfast from went there the drive threw and ask for the same order did little that I know I told them what happen I did not expect them to give me a free bowl I had every intention to buy the bowl. But when I arrived to pick up my food. They said don’t worry about it it’s on us. All I have to say is that y’all have amazing staff. And thank you. I’ll be doing my good deed today. “Having your order taken by Charity is quite literally the best experience you can have at this location! Her customer service, menu knowledge (specifically on gluten-free items and the best sauce combos for your meals), and her proactive/responsive work ethic is unmatched. I have watched her out effortlessly multitask the biggest dinner rush I've ever seen, all within minutes of her shift ending. I will always go out of my way to get my Chick-fil-A from this location because of her. I wish tipping was allowed. She most definitely deserves it! Plus, her nails are always cute!“

“My first time trying this place and I mean everything was good. Food was well seasoned, service was fast. The only thing I didn't care for was the mold on the drink machine in the lobby. It was surrounding the area that the ice comes out the funnel. That needs to be cleaned properly before someone gets sick.“
