“I had a great experience at this Crust pizza. Staff were friendly and took my order with ease. Once I got there for pick up, they confirmed my order and asked if I needed anything like cheese or peppers. The pizza was delicious and great even at home. The place was clean and family friendly. “I was at that location yesterday for a spirit night, I was surprised by the great customer we received it was a really busy day and the manger in charge really surprised us by how great she was doing.she was talking to the guest , cleaning tables, sweeping all over the lobby . “Good food, several options of Venezuelan dishes. It takes about 15 minutes to bring the food. There is parking but usually far from the entrance. There were tables available but they were all dirty, when we asked the person in charge he cleaned it within a few minutes, I guess they hadn't had time to clean between clients, but it wasn't pleasant when choosing a table.“

The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, making for a pleasant dining experience. My only suggestion would be to add a large, visible menu at the counter for easier viewing. Other than that, I’ll definitely be back for more soon!“

“Standout MOD Pizza Experience

While visiting a friend in the area, I decided to check out a few local spots, grab some tea, and then figured—why not pick up a pizza too? Not every pizza place is the same, especially when it comes to customer service and overall experience, so I was curious to see how this MOD Pizza location compared.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The place was spotlessly clean, and the team working that day was exceptionally welcoming. As soon as we stepped through the door, the staff made sure we were taken care of right away, which is something I truly appreciate.

Our pickup order was ready and prepared perfectly, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The employees were friendly, efficient, and seemed to genuinely care about providing great service.

If I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to MOD Pizza location whenever I was craving one of their delicious, customizable pizzas. Unfortunately, it’s a bit out of my way, but if you’re in the area, I highly recommend this spot. The clean environment, inviting atmosphere, and excellent customer service make it one of the best MOD locations I’ve visited!

Absolutely seamless order process, no surprises, and the team member assisting me even alerted me to an additional $3 coupon I wasn't aware of. Most importantly, the pizza itself was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. “Pricing was unfair. The specialty pizzas are all priced the same with up to 8 toppings on some. I could not get my 5 toppings for the same price. I was told I can remove all the toppings I want from one of the specialties and then have to pay almost $2 for the toppings I wanted to get substituted. Crazy stupid expensive for a veggie pizza.

Vegetarian options: The pizza was delicious but it was really expensive to substitute veggies in place of meats on a deluxe and that was the only way to get a supreme with only the veggies from there according to the manager who blamed it on "the way they set up new system on purpose."“

That wasn't so much a customer service issue, as it is poor positioning/visibility of the register area vs where the employees are working. “I recently saw a Domino’s commercial showcasing some new menu items and decided to give them a try—and I have to say, they were solid! Everything was solid, hot, and delicious. But what really took this experience to the next level was the delivery driver. He went above and beyond. We live in a secure gated community on a high floor, and despite the challenge, he made it all the way to our door with a smile—in 90-degree Texas heat, no less. He was sweaty but still incredibly polite, and even took the time to explain that they had run out of one item and made a substitution, hoping it was okay with us. That level of care and communication is rare.

People like him are the invisible heroes keeping businesses running smoothly. Domino’s—please recognize and reward drivers like this. And to anyone ordering: tip well and treat your delivery folks with kindness. They’re out there making sure we’re fed, even in the heat.“

“Domino's Pizza in the Rice village Kirby Street part of Houston Texas USA. Easy to see from the road but hard to pull in and park. Limited parking and if you park in the front remember you have to back out on a busy street so it's better to park on the side. The pizza was hot and delicious and by ordering through the app you get a great discount. I had a large carry out pizza for 8 bucks one topping. It was delicious. It was my first time at this location and I will come back again I highly recommend this to anyone. One note of caution there is a steep step up to get in the front door. When you have a pizza in your hand and you're coming out it's about a 1 ft or 15-in step to the sidewalk. It is very difficult to balance. There should be a railing or something to hold on to. But there is not. Lots of other restaurants around this area and lots of shopping in small stores.“

For this, we will definitely be back. But the chef does not know how to make a Medium Rare steak lol.
