“I came here on Valentine’s day with my bubby for dinner because we heard from our friends that this place is really yummy! The host seemed a little frazzled but we were sat promptly. We ordered the truffle burger and chicken alfredo, both were really good but the alfredo could use a little something extra.
From the booth we sat in, the place seemed very lively and friendly. Unfortunately our server didn’t have the same attitude. She was cold and standoffish even with a smile on her face. Maybe she was mad she was working on Valentine’s? Who knows. We didn’t get her name at first but the receipt we got had the name “Desteni” on it.
Other than the server being a little lack luster, everything was great!“

“Good food, several options of Venezuelan dishes. It takes about 15 minutes to bring the food. There is parking but usually far from the entrance. There were tables available but they were all dirty, when we asked the person in charge he cleaned it within a few minutes, I guess they hadn't had time to clean between clients, but it wasn't pleasant when choosing a table.“

The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, making for a pleasant dining experience. My only suggestion would be to add a large, visible menu at the counter for easier viewing. Other than that, I’ll definitely be back for more soon!“

“Standout MOD Pizza Experience

While visiting a friend in the area, I decided to check out a few local spots, grab some tea, and then figured—why not pick up a pizza too? Not every pizza place is the same, especially when it comes to customer service and overall experience, so I was curious to see how this MOD Pizza location compared.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The place was spotlessly clean, and the team working that day was exceptionally welcoming. As soon as we stepped through the door, the staff made sure we were taken care of right away, which is something I truly appreciate.

Our pickup order was ready and prepared perfectly, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The employees were friendly, efficient, and seemed to genuinely care about providing great service.

If I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to MOD Pizza location whenever I was craving one of their delicious, customizable pizzas. Unfortunately, it’s a bit out of my way, but if you’re in the area, I highly recommend this spot. The clean environment, inviting atmosphere, and excellent customer service make it one of the best MOD locations I’ve visited!

I went straight to wash my hands as my family proceeded to get their order started. Coming out of the restroom, my son tells me (we have to go) because they turned off the oven and we arrived late. It's a few minutes before 11 pm, son. I said what? No, we arrived before the door was locked... no, it's ok we can order, son. He says to me No, mom they told me No. Because we arrived from San Marcos, Texas, and our neighborhood is still without power due to the weather, I just wanted to bring my family to eat a hot meal before returning to our home with no lights. As I talked with the young lady, another worker jumped in our conversation, explaining that by the time we put our order and they made the pizzas that it would be after 11pm and that it couldn't be done in time. Keep in mind that the people ahead of us put their order in, and they were sitting waiting for their pizzas. My family comes to MOD 2-4 every other week because we love the pizza. I just couldn't believe that they couldn't make 2 more pizzas. We all have a lot going on in life, but this situation should have been handled differently. My opinion is that more training of customer service, understanding, empathy, and serving their community with giving hearts instead of an inconvenience one. I never spoke to a manager, but I'm not sure if a manager was available. MOD, please do better! I just can't believe we were turned away tonight in this time of need for a hot meal. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.“

Absolutely seamless order process, no surprises, and the team member assisting me even alerted me to an additional $3 coupon I wasn't aware of. Small interior that caters more to takeout than in-restaurant dining, but it felt like a local joint rather than a chain. Most importantly, the pizza itself was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Vegetarian options: The pizza was delicious but it was really expensive to substitute veggies in place of meats on a deluxe and that was the only way to get a supreme with only the veggies from there according to the manager who blamed it on "the way they set up new system on purpose."“

That wasn't so much a customer service issue, as it is poor positioning/visibility of the register area vs where the employees are working. “Domino's Pizza in the Rice village Kirby Street part of Houston Texas USA. Easy to see from the road but hard to pull in and park. Limited parking and if you park in the front remember you have to back out on a busy street so it's better to park on the side. The pizza was hot and delicious and by ordering through the app you get a great discount. I had a large carry out pizza for 8 bucks one topping. It was delicious. It was my first time at this location and I will come back again I highly recommend this to anyone. One note of caution there is a steep step up to get in the front door. When you have a pizza in your hand and you're coming out it's about a 1 ft or 15-in step to the sidewalk. It is very difficult to balance. There should be a railing or something to hold on to. But there is not. Lots of other restaurants around this area and lots of shopping in small stores.“

“Had a fantastic time at Prohibition. Parking is tricky, best to park in the open lot at the end of the street. But it seems sadly a truck was broken into in that lot. If you are lucky to park infront, great. Caught the Happy Hour on Thursday with a shared steak dinner. Drinks were delicious, and the bartender knew how to make the best Smoked Old Fashioned. For this, we will definitely be back. But the chef does not know how to make a Medium Rare steak lol. Don't forget to check out the cigar lounge upstairs if you want a bit more quiet and comfortable seating. I hear there's a Bluetooth speaker you can have some music going if others enjoy it. Overall, outstanding bar.“

“This was the first time trying their pizza and was pleasantly surprised. It was around diner time and they were not very busy as I came in the restaurant I was greeted right away. The price was reasonable and I didn’t have to wait around for my order it was ready to go. They offered cheese and peppers and pointed out the paper plates and napkins if I needed some. Any other pizza places I’ve been to never offered those extra things we sometimes need and at no extra cost might I add. Unlike the other guys they do charge extra. They gave a couple tables to be able to eat there if you want to but not very inviting and only small tables you could stand at maybe room for 4 people. “I recently saw a Domino’s commercial showcasing some new menu items and decided to give them a try—and I have to say, they were solid! Everything was solid, hot, and delicious. But what really took this experience to the next level was the delivery driver. He went above and beyond. We live in a secure gated community on a high floor, and despite the challenge, he made it all the way to our door with a smile—in 90-degree Texas heat, no less. He was sweaty but still incredibly polite, and even took the time to explain that they had run out of one item and made a substitution, hoping it was okay with us. That level of care and communication is rare.

People like him are the invisible heroes keeping businesses running smoothly. Domino’s—please recognize and reward drivers like this. And to anyone ordering: tip well and treat your delivery folks with kindness. They’re out there making sure we’re fed, even in the heat.“
