Wingstop in Spring

“I had an issue with ordering and then didn't receive one thing I had ordered. I was told they'd refund me for what was missing. A week later, no refund. Then I called back, and management took care of it right away. For that, I'll give them a decent review.Personally, I wasn't a fan of the sauces. The online option didn't have buffalo for some reason. I can't eat white potatoes so I tried the Cajun corn. It's just sliced corn on the cob that's put in the deep fryer and covered with seasoning. Wasn't my favorite. The brownies were really good tho. And I appreciate management following through. Thanks for that!“

“Go ahead and ignore all these negative reviews. I have never seen a company go so far above and beyond to fix an issue. I had ordered food through the Wingstop app and a DoorDash driver tampered with it. Not only did this location replace my order, but because my car was broken down the manager delivered it to my door. I have never seen Customer Service on this level, and I cannot even express my gratitude.“
