About three hours later, we got a phone call from the Wingstop team letting us know Jasmine had accidentally left her backpack—with her wallet and important personal information—at the restaurant. They didn’t just set it aside; they went out of their way to track us down and make sure it was safe until we could return. That kind of integrity is rare, and we are enormously grateful.
Massive shoutout to this incredible crew: Kevin, Miguel, Teresa, Kaitlyn, and Nairuma. Every single one of them treated us with warmth and respect from the moment we walked in to the moment we came back. They were calm, kind, and proactive—exactly the kind of people you want taking care of guests and representing a brand. When we returned to pick up the bag, they were just as pleasant and helpful as before, and you could tell they truly cared.

I had ordered food through the Wingstop app and a DoorDash driver tampered with it. Not only did this location replace my order, but because my car was broken down the manager delivered it to my door. I have never seen Customer Service on this level, and I cannot even express my gratitude.“
“I had an issue with ordering and then didn't receive one thing I had ordered. I was told they'd refund me for what was missing. A week later, no refund. Then I called back, and management took care of it right away. For that, I'll give them a decent review.Personally, I wasn't a fan of the sauces. The online option didn't have buffalo for some reason. I can't eat white potatoes so I tried the Cajun corn. It's just sliced corn on the cob that's put in the deep fryer and covered with seasoning. Wasn't my favorite. The brownies were really good tho. And I appreciate management following through. Thanks for that!“
