“I know how Filipino cuisine should taste being Filipino myself and tried Gerry’s Grill during my visit in Houston to satisfy my craving for Filipino food. The ambiance is very warm and welcoming. The wait staff are very attentive and courteous. The food didn’t fail to disappoint. I describe the food we ordered for dinner as sinfully good. Burp! Thank you, Gerry’s Grill. Until my next visit.“

“This is seriously one of my favorite places to eat! The food is absolutely delicious. The owners are also absolutely phenomenal people and so is everyone that works here. ❤️ Also they catered our baby shower and they were super accommodating with some special requests we had for the menu. Seriously you just can't go wrong with Flip n Patties!“

“I am giving 5 star review for how the place looks and being a musician myself I love seeing musical instrument and audio equipment in an establishment. Can I make a suggestion? It may be a bad idea to have one worker there on slow days and a lot of the item on the menu is not available. Loosing money sometimes is justified if it keeps customer happy. I think I am qualified to make suggestion I own a business myself , it’s not a restaurant but an EV / HEV repair shop but regardless same customer satisfaction applies.“

“Delicious, authentic Filipino food, great selection and variety, fair prices for such huge portions and awesome customer service. The place is very clean and welcoming! Excellent and highly recommended!
Dietary restrictions: All the items we ordered were Well-seasoned and had just enough saltiness to bring out the flavors. Very willing to make adjustments with saltiness & spiciness upon request.
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces right in front of the restaurant.“

“The parking lot and the store were easy to get to. When we entered, my husband and I weren’t greeted. There is a plentiful selection of various Filipino baked goods, like ensaymada and Ube treats. You can also order milkshakes, fruit drinks, and coffee. There is outdoor seating. The place was packed, which tells you it is really good. My husband and I especially enjoyed the Ube brownies, which had a rich flavor. We were served fast - in and out in ten minutes. Since a lot of people were at the bakery, there wasn’t much room to walk. There is no restroom, so keep that in mind. You may also want to do some research on Filipino baked goods before coming here (if you’ve never had them before), as there are no explanations on the signs. Overall score: A-“

“I ordered a 6-piece bucket with spaghetti and rice, along with the pineapple quencher. The chicken dipped in gravy taste very comforting, delicious, and flavorful. The chicken bucket was all spicy flavored. Absolutely loved the kick from the spicy flavor. Service was good and place was clean. I would come back for sure“

“Filipiniana Restaurant is a hidden gem in Houston with a great assortment of Filipino favorites. I finally found another great spot for Dinuguan, and their chicken and pork adobo was spot on—rich, flavorful, and comforting. The dessert selection is also impressive, with plenty of options to round out the meal. Customer service is top notch, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a great lunch break spot, this is it! Be sure to check out their catering services too—they’re definitely worth considering for your next event.“

“Houston, Seafood City has landed. After years of hoping that we would have one just like LA and Vegas, it's finally here. We love the variety of choices - groceries (yes, the ice cream), baked goods, meat, and of course, Seafood. Prices are better here as well. And they are fresh. We just wished that the location was more in central Houston, for convenience and accessibility for all. Better, too, if they had Jollibee and Chow King. Seafood City is still highly recommended for all, not just for Filipinos, if you don't mind the distance. Merry Christmas and a Healthy New Year to all.“
