“Working with Chef Dee and Eboni was super easy. From our first phone consult where we talked about our vision for the wedding menu and how we could tweak her existing offerings to fit what we wanted, everything went really smoothly. We did an in-person tasting and even brought a friend with us to make sure we weren’t being biased when deciding what was good and what wasn’t. This was probably the most important part since whatever we picked during this session would be served at the wedding. We also had another tasting just for appetizers, which we picked up ourselves—no big deal. The appetizers came warm, and we got to try them with different sauces. The options were blackened chicken satay, brisket egg rolls, and crab wontons. One thing we wanted at the wedding was beignets, so we asked Chef Dee if she could make that happen. The dough hadn’t risen in time, so she decided to have them delivered to our house (on the other side of Houston). Honestly, I have no idea why anyone would think that was a good idea. They arrived cold, and it was a strong “no” from us. That said, the food at the wedding was amazing. Guests were raving about it even after the wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with how it all turned out. Chef Dee and Eboni absolutely nailed it.“

“We recently had our all our wedding events catered from Dawat Catering and it was FANTASTIC! They met all our expectations and went above and beyond. We had 5 events catered across Houston in various locations, with each event ranging from 75-400 guests. All food was delivered and catered on time. The staff kept the food hot and ready. Through multiple tastings we had the chance to customize each events menu to meet our guests needs (vegetarian, no onion/garlic, Tex-mex, Mediterranean, chaat stations, Gujarati food, Tamil food served on banana leaves, Punjabi food served hot and ready from a tandoor, fasting food, creating separate plates for those with allergies: nuts, gluten, vegan, etc). The guests could not get enough of the variety of flavors provided and RAVED of the food at each event.

“These guys are the best! I had the pleasure of ordering some food to take to San Marcos, TX for the weekend of my son’s graduation. To say the food was delicious is an understatement. I fed the whole family for the weekend (Brisket, chicken, beans, potato salad. And they provide all the fixings, jalapeños, pickles, bread, BBQ sauce, plastic utensils, plates, all packed neatly in containers.), pleasing the most picky eater, my father! We had about 4 months of planning, and Lena was so accommodating throughout the whole process. We even did two tastings with her, and she was so attentive, really listening to my preferences and adjusting flavors to suit my tastebuds. On the big day, Lena and her team absolutely delivered. The Banh Mi Board was a huge hit—guests were raving about it! It was honestly the talk of the town. We also chose 5 upgraded dishes, so the pricing was a bit different from the standard menu, but that’s something to keep in mind as you plan, just for better budgeting. Sound needs attention/ overhaul. Music was too Loud & Confused, distorting the overloaded drivers and/or insufficient Amplifiers to drive speakers. Should add separate Subs & Amps to handle the low frequencies & Refocusing some of the drivers may smooth higher frequencies & prevent clash.

Facility is extra clean and Highly recommend for engagements, weddings, and other events. It's a well appointed venue complemented with organized staff providing great service. Plenty of parking around the structure. Many Thanks 👍“
