“Last night we had dinner and Brandon took care of us. He was extremely pleasant, well educated on the menu and overall we had so much fun with our selections and presentations as the food was coming to our table. Wonderful experience. We highly recommend it and ask for Brandon, he'll make sure to take care of you. The food was exquisite, with lots of flavors. The lighting was perfect.“

“Went for the first time last week and there was a long wait. A very long wait. We waited since we didn’t feel like finding another restaurant. Foyer smelled real strong of cologne. Kinda unpleasant.

Service was good other than that. Manager here was great! He was an older guy. Mother was accidentally served blue cheese when she was allergic, but manager helped out! Very friendly.

Food was pretty good though other than that! Steak had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. I would go back for more. Sides were good too. Fried okra was great and so was the Mac and cheese.“

“I am a native Houstonian so I am very protective of the legacy and reputation of our city, so it gives me so much pride to know that a place like this exists in our fair city. The food, the live music, comedy show, the cocktails & most of all the staff make this place one of Houston’s best hidden gems. The staff is some of the friendliest & charismatically lovely people I’ve ever experienced & the work diligently to create probably the most welcoming atmosphere in Houston of any venue. Management takes special care of their workers and the talent in a way I’ve never experienced in this city. I’ve literally seen customers hell bent on starting a fight still be treated with the utmost care & tenderness to make sure their concerns are addressed & resolved so they know they & their business are appreciated. This is easily my favorite venue in Houston because the focus is people & their experience. 5stars, 10 out of 10, the BEST!“

“Turning up after 2pm the place was not busy. The waitstaff had the opportunity of being attentive and the food turned up relatively swiftly and piping hot. It had not been left sitting on the kitchen hatch for any length of time. We started with the Blooming Onion. Both of us had the filet mignon with a lobster tail and it was perfectly cooked. This is one Outback I’d return to.“

“I had given up on Outback. I live in Katy. The Katy location is so bad...I wanted to give up. But my kids love their cheese fries. So...I went with suspicion to this Outback. We were met with a friendly staff, delicious food, and a very competent manager. For all those Katy victims... come eat here. They will restore your faith in this franchise.“
