“I my burger was great and well put together. My curvy fries were okay though. Lots of tiny fry like pieces, and. The few curls were stuck together like a solid mass. Waiting on food was weird because there isn't really a good spot to stand, but you can have a seat. Lastly, I wasn't asked if I was dinning in. So I wanted to eat my fries with the dips, but take my burger with me. With no tray for the table, I just used my bag. Nice people though, and my fries weren't oily or over fried. So still worth stopping.“

“What TREASURE!!! Wonderful donuts. The glazed had a wonderful vanilla flavor. We heated ours and the light Crispiness, like Krispy Creme, had me wishing they were near me. The apple fritter was lighter and yummy beyond any expectations. I have more for later, including a bagel breakfast sandwich, and can't wait to try them. I will add this stop anytime I am near. The staff is friendly, attentive, accommodating, and quick. I highly recommend adding this as a stop worthwhile, even if you are like me and passing thru...“

“I stopped at this Carl’s Jr. last night and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. A young man named P.J. took my order, and he was outstanding. Very professional, courteous, and respectful — none of the attitude or frustration you sometimes see in fast food. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

Whether he stays in this line of work or moves on to something bigger, he’s definitely going places. He carries himself like someone who will end up in management or succeed in whatever career he chooses.

The rest of the crew was great too — the food was hot, made quickly, and the service was smooth. But P.J. really stood out and deserves recognition. Managers and owners should be proud to have someone like him on their team.

“We stopped in on our way to Galveston and encountered Jayden, a well mannered young man. He was polite, patient with our young children ordering and even brought us our food while we sat outside. Our food came quickly and was hot and very fresh.“

“Always a generally pleasurable experience. Chicken, gravy, mashed potatoes, okra, how could you go wrong with that? I don't particularly care for the weight from the 5:00 hour to the 7:00 hour but it's generally worth it. The people that work there are very good. We eat there probably three times a month. If the weight wasn't so long we might eat there more.“
