Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“This raising canes was excellent!!! Good service, everyone was polite with smiles on their faces when u walk in & leave, everything was stocked and clean.. even the restrooms were cleaned!! Very pleased & will definitely come back here again!! Keep up the good work!!❤“

You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about making sure customers have a good experience, and Marie definitely made me feel that way. “They’re “passable”. Unfortunately they seem to be the best chicken around. Went in tonight and there was a lot of unnecessary chatter and grab-assing going on. Took several minutes before anyone came to the order counter to take my order and she was still carrying on a conversation over her shoulder with the help in the kitchen while I was trying to place my order. apparently they don’t check and clean the gizzards of the lining anymore if at all, I had over half of the order that still had the membrane on them. There used to be a couple of good managers at this store and the employees were on the ball but not anymore.“

“Customer service is ok most times. Sometimes I get a smile, sometimes I get someone in a bad mood ( that’s just the younger generation sadly) but food is always amazing! I’m a regular with coming for breakfast and delivery’s. Breakfast is always 10/10 but delivery, I’m always missing an item or 2 :(. I also put an order in at 6:45 one day only to be told that their cut off time for deliveries is 7:15. Don see why they couldn’t deliver it when I ordered 30 min before. Overall I love this location. It just needs slight improvement on service and delivery accuracy.“

“After hearing so many mixed reviews on how negative and positive they were, I was skeptical whether to come or not but it was well worth the trip. Unfortunately they don't do online order for Long John Silver's but do for KFC which was no big deal. The place and service got better, bathrooms didn't stink, booths weren't broken and floors weren't sticky. I was there around 2:30 yesterday and I was able to compliment the woman behind the counter and she probably was manager and stated she took over months ago. I did tell her that place will get a 5 star review and great feedback even though I'm from San Antonio enjoying my vacation in Corpus Christi.“

“We just passed through while traveling with our toddlers. We were really sad they didnt have pizzas for our kids but the workers made a little pizza out of flat bread! They went the extra mile and we appreciated that! The lobby was really clean too.“
