Just went to the 31st. St. location. Ordered ham croissan'wich meal to go. First took worker awhile to get to me for some reason. It appeared she was by herself. Placed order and this woman doesn't move any faster than a snail. Finally got food and sandwich was not hot, was flatter than a pancake and the hash browns weren't hot either. Dr. Pepper was the bright light in this meal. Come on guys, y'all can and should do better. Disappointing to say the least.
I hope they only have like to workers inside... that would at least explain the super long wait times.. drive thru only just imagine if the lobby was open
