“I’m a regular at Smoothie King and usually stop by every morning. Whether I come through the drive-thru or walk inside, I’m always greeted by Arianna Hamilton with a warm smile and a welcoming Hello, welcome to Smoothie King!

This morning was no different I walked in and, as always, she made me feel comfortable and valued. I ordered four smoothies, and she made all of them quickly while managing multiple tasks at once. She even asked if I needed a carrier to make it easier to carry them out. Her speed, attention to detail, and kind attitude were spot-on.

I tipped her because she truly earned it just like she does every morning I visit. As I was leaving, she smiled and said, Have a great day, we appreciate you see you soon! That kind of consistent, positive customer service makes all the difference. Arianna is a great asset to the team, and I hope her hard work is recognized!“

“I love dutch bros! It's not Starbucks, so don't expect your usual. I love OG gummy bear Rebel it is so good. It's an energy drink with lots of flavor! Coffee is really good too, and if you're not lactose intolerant, get extra extra soft top!“

“Service is hit and miss. They don't have enough employees working during peak hours. One person making shakes and having to take orders at the same time IS NOT OKAY! Shakes are good. Foods great when it's in stock. Employees are nice. Bathroom clean. My only complaint is why are there no trash cans in your lobby? I like to throw away my trash not just leave it on the table. Lobby is setup like a fast food chain but no trash cans?“

“I have been coming here since they have opened. Always get smoothies. Today tho…… these smoothies were AWFUL!!!! It’s no exaggeration. Couldn’t even get it through the straw. So when I took the lid off to get a sip it was definitely NOT what I orders. I orders a “mango,pineapple,kiwi” smoothie. But what I got was an ice block of kiwi water??? I drove all the way back and she was very rude about the situation. Remade it but it still was not right. My boyfriend’s “strawberry,pineapple,mango” smoothie was filled with ice chips and had some sort of white cream in it. NEITHER ONE OF OUR SMOOTHIES WERE SWEET. Like this was awful!!!! My first ever bad experience here. But it was the attitude that got me.“
