“I was very upset with Starbucks in general for making me drive 45 minutes to return a tumbler. the locations near my home would not accept a perfectly new returnable tumbler because I didn't have a physical receipt. so I had to drive where I purchased it. I'm grateful though because I was welcomed by friendly staff. Kuddos to the the manager Joey, the return was quick and easy.“

“Came through the drive thru today and the young lady at the window (didn’t catch her name sorry) but her personality and customer service is needed all over this city! She insisted on heating up my chocolate croissant and was polite when I added more to more order at the window! She lifted my spirits and didn’t even know it! Keep smiling honey!!“

“Just moved to the area and I’m a bit of a donut connoisseur, this place is delicious! The donuts are light and fluffy! The coffee was delicious and the kolaches...you must try for yourself! The ladies working were very kind as well! Bonus: they also have a drive thru!“

“I stopped by this Starbucks to grab an Iced Shaken Espresso for my sister and totally forgot the add-ons she wanted—so the order ended up being wrong. I was helped by Emerald at the drive-thru, and surprisingly, the drink was cheaper than I expected!
When I brought it back to fix the order, Emerald recognized me right away, asked what happened, and when I explained, she kindly remade the drink with all the right add-ons—and didn’t even charge me. That kind of customer service really makes a difference and builds loyalty.
Huge thanks to Emerald—she was kind, understanding, and went above and beyond. She deserves a raise! I’ll definitely be coming back.“
