“I was very upset with Starbucks in general for making me drive 45 minutes to return a tumbler. the locations near my home would not accept a perfectly new returnable tumbler because I didn't have a physical receipt. so I had to drive where I purchased it. I'm grateful though because I was welcomed by friendly staff. Kuddos to the the manager Joey, the return was quick and easy.“

“Shout out to the incredibly kind barista who saw us running an outdoor pet vaccine clinic in the parking lot next door, in the pouring rain, and brought us hot drinks. Didn’t catch her name but she deserves a raise!! Great reminder to do something kind for someone else this week!“

“Came through the drive thru today and the young lady at the window (didn’t catch her name sorry) but her personality and customer service is needed all over this city! She insisted on heating up my chocolate croissant and was polite when I added more to more order at the window! She lifted my spirits and didn’t even know it! Keep smiling honey!!“

“Just moved to the area and I’m a bit of a donut connoisseur, this place is delicious! The donuts are light and fluffy! The coffee was delicious and the kolaches...you must try for yourself! The ladies working were very kind as well! Bonus: they also have a drive thru!“

“I got to meet one of the volunteers today who explained so much of what they do! I loved how they contribute to the community as well as veterans. The coffee smelt amazing and everything was nice and clean. Will be back to support their mission!“
