“Stopped by Hard Eight this weekend. By far the best BBQ I’ve had to date. This is coming from someone who has lived in the Southern East coast. Variety of different meats, pretty expensive but absolutely worth every penny. We purchased the brisket, ribeye, jalapeño and cheese sausage and sirloin. All was extremely juicy and not over cooked. Staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely come back!”

“This was our first time trying this restaurant, and it exceeded our expectations. We sat outside on the patio near the water feature. The atmosphere was very romantic. Jordan provided outstanding service. The food & drinks were exemplary. Highly recommend the Ginger Mule, Lemon Drop Martini, Prawn Pad Thai, Sticky rice, and Grilled Pork Spare Ribs! Most places like to use just the fatty pieces of meat) Barbacoa tacos (had too much of a cumin taste to me and it was pretty greasy) Carnita torta (carnita was a bit on the dry side BUT it was still delicious. I loved how the bread was toasted on both sides. The mayo looked a bit much but it was actually a perfect amount).

Their horchata was pretty good as well! Perfect sweetness!

Dinning and Brunch are fabulous, but the Happy Hours are spectacular, especially on Wednesday where their incredible wines (glass or bottle) and delicious pizzas are half off! Great service whether sitting in the dining room or at the very nice spacious bar, the service is unbeatable and if you get the pleasure of having Mikayla as your server, then you are in for a treat because she is top notch at her craft and you will enjoy your time there even more! “Had a great experience at Saintabury Tavern! Wednesday night is trivia night and it’s fun, interactive and great music and people! You can even bring your dogs inside. Super fun laid back clean place with impeccable food and great service and waitstaff and quick fun fast friendly bartenders! If it’s not on the menu they can probably make it drink wise! Pool and darts 🎯 after for fun when trivia is over (see photo below). Highly recommend!

It is small on the inside and can get loud. The boil was garlic heavy, but the shrimp and crab legs were fresh and sizeable.”

“I had breakfast yesterday for the first time here, and the food was amazing. My friend had the banana and Nutella crepes. She said they were delicious. I had scrambled eggs and ham and the portions were awesome. Our server Isaac was excellent. We plan to return and try having lunch. “My wife and I eat breakfast almost every weekend after our morning workout. It’s a little bit of “our time” on the weekend and the staff and food has always been great. But a few weeks ago they were busy and although the meal was good the service was a little lacking and upon checkout our server’s assistant was short and seemed irritated. We were surprised and as we left were talking about it and hostess overheard and we saw her go back and immediately say something to our server. We chalked it up to being short staffed and busy. Came back the next week and everything was great. Came again today and everything was great AND our server from the bad day waited on us and was great. Here’s the part that impressed me, as we were checking out she stopped and apologized for the service from a couple weeks before, didn’t make excuses, said she’d addressed the issue with her assistant and thanked us for coming back. Apologizing is a lost art, and we appreciated it so much that not only did she not get defensive she remembered the situation, it had clearly been on her mind since that day and she wanted to make it right. That tells me Barney’s is here for the long haul and has leadership that is inspiring the employees. Great job Barney’s! We will continue to our weekend breakfast dates for a long long time.”

“Kolaches (or kolbasneks if you wanna be prissy about it) here vary. When they're good they are astounding and when they're not good, it's mildly disappointing. Like I would avoid the ones with eggs because despite what the sign says, it's always almost exclusively eggs. Just about every other one is top tier. Even the standard jalapeno and cheese is one of the best I've had outside of Czech Stop, and much more local.”

Our family enjoyed the food. I am happy gobi Manchuria is the best I tasted in Plano/ frisco area. Definitely a place to retreat for nice food.

“Great Mexican street tacos. The carnitas and Al pastor tacos were great, especially when you ask them to crisp them up on the flattop. We also had some flautas and the chicken was cooked great. Lean and not fatty meat overall. The salsas were excellent - my favorite was the habanero. Atmosphere is very clean and open. We’ll be back for sure.”

“Went for the karaoke lounge, but realized that we had to book in advance. However, the manager/owner Rob was ever so amazing enough to allow us to try out a karaoke room for a whole hour!!!! “By far, the closest Hyderabad biryani you can get is at Hyderabad Wala.
Getting authentic Hyderabadi biryani right is extremely difficult — from the rice texture and spice balance to the aroma and dum flavor — and maintaining that consistency every single time takes an incredible amount of hard work, experience, and passion. That effort is clearly reflected in the food here.
A lot goes on behind the scenes to run a restaurant successfully, and it deserves appreciation and respect.
