“I’ve had the sharwarma, salmon bites , egusi soup, and jollof rice. Needless to say the food was very enjoyable and reminds me of home. The owners and servers are very friendly and inviting. The restaurant atmosphere is very nice and the inside of the restaurant is gorgeous. My favorite item is the jollof rice because it has that traditional smoky flavor. I do recommend coming with friends for a night out (there’s a full bar!)“

“Box o Chops is a unique and needed business for small chops packaged in a modern way. Each appetizer snack is absolutely delicious and loved by everyone. Spring rolls are decadent. The puff puff, whether sweet or with a little heat goes so well with any beverage. The sausage roll is always fought over and is hearty and light at the same time. The chin chin at the bottom are the “butteriest” and crunchy. The meat pies sometimes work as a quick lunch meal for me. The kebabs are well seasoned and not dry. Honestly I can’t say enough....we just love them all. Vivian the owner and chef believes that quality and customer service is everything. “Food was decent. It came out really fast but there also were no customers at the time. It did bother me that my oxtails didnt come with rice. In ANY African, Asian, Indian, or Latin restaurant, white rice comes standard with the dish and you pay for additional/different rice. Why would I just want oxtails and gravy?“
