“My partner and I came down to Dallas from OKC to celebrate our anniversary weekend. My partner has a severe gluten allergy so we always look for places that can accommodate that need. Our server, Matt, was incredible. He pointed out all the items that couldn’t be made gluten free. He answered all of our questions with confidence and clarity. We felt so comfortable with our selections. As for the food, OH MY GOD!!!!!!!! It was INCREDIBLE!!! You could have fooled me that it was gluten free (I know it was because I didn’t have to take my partner to the hospital)! Not only did the give us an amazing meal, but they brought out a special, gluten free dessert to celebrate our anniversary. We also were given some gift cards as a thank you for celebrating our anniversary there. We will ABSOLUTELY be back next time when we’re in town, and I cannot recommend this place or Matt enough, whether you’re gluten intolerant or not.“

“I cannot recommend Roma’s Italian Kitchen enough! My only regret is that I ordered only one thing to-go. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is great, and you feel like you are back in a small piece of Europe. The owner Lucian was very hospitable and generous. I called in an order of Mititei to-go, and they were delicious! I cannot wait to go back and try their Sarmale, Schnitzel, and the pizza & pasta! I do not live very close, but Roma’s Italian Kitchen is definitely worth the drive, you won’t regret it. Va multumesc mult!“

The owner always comes by and says hi to us. Another thing I love about them the owner never says anything about my youngest bring outside food. My kid has autism so it’s hard to find places to eat where they allow us to enjoy a meal as a family. I love them for that. “The food is amazing. I've been twice in a week span and I'm addicted. I ordered the Verona special pizza and not to sound like I'm boasting but it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had. the crust has this unique really tasty flavor. first visit I had the chicken parm and it came with two large chicken breasts smothered in red sauce with a good side of spaghetti noodles and sauce. It was amazing and very filling. This place is definitely a wonderful spot. And they are very busy with take out orders so you know the food great.“

“I just had the chicken piccata from the new chef and let me tell you this chef knows what he’s doing. I’ve eaten at his former restaurant Daniel in New York, a Michelin 3-star restaurant and this classic dish brought a little taste of Manhattan straight to Texas.

The noodles were cooked perfectly al dente the flavors were bright and balanced, and the capers added just the right punch. It’s fresh, appealing, and full of real craftsmanship.

Pro tip: cleanse your palate with a little lemon sorbet before diving in. If you don’t have sorbet, sparkling water or even a slice of cucumber works great.

“Was feeing Italian food and my friend and I wanted to also eat at a place that gave us a European vibe. Food was decently good. Service was great, staff was kind and professional. We ordered calamari, the mussels and linguine in red sauce and a chicken Alfredo pasta, finished with coffees and a lemon cream cake. The pasta dishes were good and plentiful but I feel like the mussels and linguine was missing some seasoning that I can’t quite put a finger on. It was still good. The lemon cream cake was good but the lemon was almost too subtle, and it tasted more like a pound cake. We still enjoyed our food and time there. I wouldn’t mind giving it another go. Great for small or large groups. Till then let’s eat!“
