The service was impeccable! My wife had the redfish and I had the Miso Glazed Sea Bass. I’m not the biggest seafood fan, but now I realize I’ve been going to the wrong places. The water way is so beautiful and we can’t wait to return!”

“We had our wedding reception dinner at Del Frisco’s in The Woodlands yesterday (5/20) with 26 of our closest family and friends, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was classy yet comfortable, and the service was top-tier. Our servers, Delaney and Christian, were incredible—Delaney brought the perfect touch of humor and kindness, and Christian was so polite and attentive. The bar staff made sure every drink was spot-on, and the kitchen knocked it out of the park with every single meal. Not one person in our party of 26 left unsatisfied. Special thanks to Gus, the GM, who helped us coordinate everything ahead of time and made sure all the details came together seamlessly. It was truly a magical evening for my husband and me, and it wouldn’t have been the same without the amazing team at Del Frisco’s. Highly, highly recommend for any special occasion!”

“This was our family’s first time at the restaurant and we will definitely be back. We went on a Sunday evening around 6 and were able to get a table without a reservation. Cam was our server and he had excellent recommendations and made it easier to decide what to get on their extensive menu. He was also very personable and attentive and happy to help answer questions. We started with the grand margarita and an IPA, both were excellent. We got the calamari and egg rolls for an appetizer, we got the Scottish salmon bento box, the Ginza roll and a specialty seasonal roll. It was a lot of food but very tasty. The calamari was great but only two of us were eating it so it was a little too much food for two. The bento box was a way to try multiple things, and the sushi was extremely fresh and well flavored. The rolls were also well balanced with the flavors. They had cool lights coming down from the ceiling that looked like jelly fish. It’s a smaller space, but a cozy atmosphere and a nice bar at the front.”

“Went for brunch yesterday with friends and the customer service was top notch!!! Genuinely kind staff who went above and beyond for us. My youngest has FA and they greeted us upon entry and let me know how to discuss the allergens with the staff. We got the counter to order and I kept it simple with just bacon and fruit for my ANA kid to make it easier on everyone but the staff member made sure to let the kitchen know about cross contamination. When we looked at desserts the staff was highly knowledgeable about what desserts had allergens and which had cross. Their knowledge of ingredients and honesty over a sale was phenomenal. On top of that, there was a young gentlemen (whose name I can’t remember) but he ensured our food was perfect and that we enjoyed our meal. Just kind people all around. It was such a nice and relaxing time out that we usually don’t get with FA. Thank you so much for this. Will be back.”

This is not something either of us would typically order it was recommended by someone my husband worked with. I couldn’t imagine getting anything else there after I’ve tried it. My first time I had the beef short ribs. Also very good, but the wild bore is fabulous.”

“My favorite place to go on my lunch break! Honestly, I think these are the best tacos I’ve tried. It is a bit pricey but to me it is worth the price, because it’s only a few dollars more expensive than a fast food meal for authentic tacos. The green sauce offered is very tasty and has a great kick to it that I have trouble finding at other taco places. Service has always been good here and the food comes out fast and hot :)”

“First I will start with the atmosphere. When at the countertop, I saw a medium sized fly. After ordering , which was easy my Dad tried to get ice, yet barely any came out so He asked the girl at the countertop who was nice to get Him ice for his diet coke. On a Thursday from 5-7 apparently they're supposed to have live music and there was not. We did come on a Thursday for supper and we were there at 6:03 PM. They had very delicious food and while I am not familiar with cucumber and jalapeno in sandwiches, I am glad they mentioned atleast the jalapeno. I like the roll pieces and the rice noodles. They have a huge menu so be confident on what you get.”

The service from Alison and others which in the past has also included Justin and always includes greetings from the kitchen…Clarence and staff are the absolute best at getting the best flavors out of the featured items! The dirty martinis with mixed plain and blue cheese olives is my “go-to” yet my SIL had a sweet cranberry one that wow if you like a martini with a splash of cranberry then go for it. We were celebrating my 45th bday and Kirby’s didn’t disappoint! We started with the stuffed shrimp (bar menu) and mostly eaten in the pic because I forgot to take a pic b4hand with this amazing b something sauce (kinda lemony wine cream) yum! Then fried pickles with yet another yummy sauce. And of course the tender grilled lamb chops (HH menu) (yup you got it another amazing sauce), baked herb Boursin cheese (HH menu-fresh roasted garlic cloves - only order on a 2nd date or up or you may turn your date away with your breath haha) delicious! Soy sauced sliced beef (bar menu) I think with a chimachuri sauce that’s great; meat so tender and buttery! Steakhouse sliders (bar menu but had ordered the French dip sliders but didn’t disappoint) very flavorful and fries cooked perfectly as well as raw oysters where I mixed the cocktail with the pesto EVOO or whatever with extra horseradish that again was Amazing! And fresh bread with plenty of butter to soak up any of the sauces mentioned above just because they were all so good! Ending with the bourbon pecan pie with a great flavored ice cream that we all shared a bite (or 2!). The lighting at first was dark yet naturally lit since the sun was still up at 5 but by the time we left around 6:30pm it was darker, it could have been lighter but I guess if we had kept our candlesa d not “shoo’d them away it would have been lighter) but we ordered so much food for our party of 6 we needed the table room. However still a 5 star experience!”
